Premier Inn Great Yarmouth (Seafront)

Comfy bed and clean room - as you would expect with a Premier Inn. Location is right on the seafront, albeit a ten to 15 minute walk from Yarmouth centre. The room is slightly smaller than other Premier Inns we have visited, but having the Plus room was excellent as we had a fridge and Nespresso machine. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Watch out at the neighbouring Beefeater. Breakfast is chaotic at best - they are understaffed leading to perpetual shortages at the self-service area. The service was very slow - over an hour from arriving to receiving our cooked brekkie. Plus the guests are not the nicest of people.

Very easy and straight forward to book , was enough parking spaces spare to nip out and not worry about not getting a parking space when you return . Hotel and beefeater are very clean and the staff in the restaurant are extremely friendly. Breakfast id advise going in as early as you can to avoid the plague of toast eating locusts clawing around the continental section . The bath and shower was amazing . Couple of negatives as follows , during are stay we came down with flu and we felt we really needed a window that could be opened at night to get some fresh air in as it felt the germs were stuck in the room , also we wasn’t fortunate to get a sea view room , the view we had was of a run down Victorian derelict industrial side of Yarmouth which was very disappointing, also we struggled to get cold water to drink , the tap water was disgusting and the vending machine out of order and no water machines that we could see

Food was fantastic Presentation texture and taste excellent I am a chef in merchant navy I stayed night before joining my ship Praised hotel to my company All staff very friendly and made you feel welcome A nice relaxing evening before joining my ship Intend to stay again at my own expense Looking forward to meet nice friendly staff again and enjoying a nice meal

Loved the location and parking was not an issue the hotel was good clean and staff very friendly nice breakfast and the evening meals are good value. Bit of a walk to the main sea front attractions but nice to walk along the beach. Nice resturants in the town but like everywhere the prices depending what you order are increasing dramatically.

This was our second stay at this hotel, a year apart, it's noticeable that there's minor maintenance issues creeping in, the bed was very creaky and the shower flooded the bathroom because the water didn't drain away on the power setting, both issues were reported to reception but neither was resolved, we were on a two night weekend break, any longer and I would've persued the issues with the bed and the shower

Amazing hotel on the seafront with and nice restaurant and is lovely and clean. Good food and nice rooms

Excellent sea view room very clean staff Excellent only one little problem cleaner walking in to room with out knocking but I'm not removing any stars for that

Hotel excellent. Beefeater very poor service extremely long wait to get drinks. 35 minutes before drinks arrived after a reminder. Food arrived first. Nobody came to check food was ok. No body asked re pudding. Asked for second drink, after 35 mins no drink. Paid bill and left. Will avoid hotel with beefeater in future.

The staff were great, very friendly and helpful. The accessibility room was very spacious. I would prefer coffee sachets than the Nexpresso machine.
