"The hotel facilities, environment, and location are all excellent. The only strange thing is the attitude of the front desk staff. It's really hard to understand. They were cold and unsmiling the entire time. I haven't seen a front desk like that in a long time."

"This was our first time at Penny's. Our trip was to celebrate our anniversary a couple of weeks ago and the first Adults only getaway since before covid and it was very much overdue. This place is super cool. Very relaxed vibe and like nothing I've ever seen before. Rooms were nice and clean and modern. The grounds are amazing and very welcoming. We had a great time chatting with other travellers and guests in the bar and around the fire. We also had the distinct pleasure of meeting Freya (sorry if I misspelled your name) who is one of the managers there. She was one of those people that you never forget. She was so sweet and cute as a button and was very friendly and answered all our questions. She sat and chatted with us for some time and made us feel extremely welcome. My wife and I were so pleased with our stay we've already talked about making this little trip an annual event."

"One of the worst hotels i have stayed at yes in aware cost u get what u pay. but bugs, meth heads, and nothing being clean. pool didnt even work wasn't advertised. wasn't allowed to leave hotel after 9pm or couldn't come back in. I lagit went and cleaned bathroom with cleaning wipes before using as there was hair everywhere snot all up walls, dirt and old soap wasn't cleaned at all... beds were stained with blood and everyone woke up with bites. Pool wasn't even working. absolutely horrible"

"Мы остановились в шале Прима и наслаждались собой. Текущая управляющая компания быстро реагирует на запросы и проверка - это ветер. Главный этаж и верхний этаж были чистыми, но уровень подвала может быть лучше. Пол и бейсбольные панели были грязными пыльными/пыльными кувшинами. Шале спит 10 человек, но они значительно сократили размер горячей ванны. Если вы арендуете здесь с более большой группой, вы не сможете насладиться горячей ванной вместе, она будет сидеть только 4 комфортно. Похоже, что больше горячей ванной - это жизнь, которую они заменяют гораздо меньшей. Этот шале был хорошо запасен, а подушки и полотенца были хороши. Паровая комната работает отлично. Мебель наверху может использовать обновление/оновление, они определенно начинают выглядеть и чувствовать усталость. Мы арендовали этот комплекс более 10 лет и, скорее всего, вернёмся, пока все горячие ванны не заменятся маленькими. Мы были счастливы в целом с шале, но я дам 2 звезды, потому что горячие ванны имеют размер. У нас было 8 девушек здесь на выходные для девушек и не все могли наслаждаться горячим вместе, как мы имеем в прошлом году. Спасибо за пребывание."
