Hotel is just steps away from the stone monument, pretty new hotel and lady boss is very helpful and friendly. My room 3103 was facing the main xueyun street where I could see the fireworks 3-4 times during my 1 night stay. Breakfast is the typical porridge with condiments, biscuits and Mantou, with drinks like soya bean milk, coffee. Overall a comfortable stay, bed is comfortable, room size spacious and with a window i can open when it gets too warm in the room. Highly recommend.

Room was huge and perfect for families. It's just a short walk from the Xueyun street. Staff were friendly as well.

Snow Town is closed to outside vehicles. To access the hotel you need to hop on a shuttle bus to get to the centre of town. The hotel is a short walk from the bus drop off but the signs are all in Chinese. The hotel is small and cosy with the reception and dining area together as you walk in. We had a ground floor room which was convenient. Room was big and warm with two twin beds. Pillows were supportive and comfortable. Toilet and shower were adequate. Simple Chinese breakfast provided with porridge and dumplings mostly. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly especially as we spoke Chinese. Nearby eateries and Starbucks for your coffee fix.The local Police also were helpful as I fell down and injured my leg. Had a police car ferry me out to the main entrance terminal free of charge. Talk about good service in China!

Location is a little bit far from our bus drop off point. Other part is good, such as friendly staff, comfortable room. Overall we have good experience staying here.

Just - few step from the bus station and the center. The room is clean and nice view with snow. Temperature of room alway warm. Big bed and comfy with cosy style. Breakfast was good enough with coffee machine

We were super pleased with our stay at this hotel! The location is superb, room is clean and warm with a lovely view. Best part was the hostess, she was so friendly and helpful all the time. She was generous to upgrade our room to a bigger room on our second night here. The hotel also runs as a restaurant on the first floor, which you can order food right downstairs/outside of your room. The food was yum and in big portion. You can also Borrow their traditional jackets to wear for photos and sleds to play around with. Lovely hotel with the lovely staff, definitely recommend this hotel to everyone!

The owner is extremely friendly and helpful, what truly made the stay exceptional was the owner’s hospitality. The owner is not only friendly but also genuinely helpful, always ready to offer tips, advice, or a friendly chat with prompt response. It’s clear that he take pride in making sure every guest feels welcome and well-cared for, adding a personal touch that’s often missing in larger hotels. The room was spotless, warm, and inviting, with all the comforts you’d hope for during a stay. The view from the window was a pleasant surprise; it added a beautiful touch to the experience.

This hotel is situated in snow town and the location is great. We are staying slightly away from the street where you get peace and quiet. And we like that it's close to the bus station. What's really good is the service. You can chat with them to get all kinds of services including a private car and lots of information. They also have a sleigh where they will help you with your luggage when you arrive and depart 👍 they gave us a room with really good view too! Note that there's not elevator so you'll bring your luggage up and down if you're staying on the third floor

Perfect location, quite near to the bus station n not far from the center of the village. The room is very comfortable and able to see fireworks from the window… good for a family/ a group of friends because the space is big enough. Their toilet is clean n able to shower in warm water
