a bit far away from the JR train station, and need to climb a slope to get there. Not easy to access if you don't drive. Good lunch and breakfast, good service of the staff. Have bad smell on the floor of the Onsen, and hope this can be improved

Both public bath and rooftop private bath are perfect. Nice and professional staff, tatami room is cozy, meals are fantastic. Extraordinary experience.

住宿條件和早晚餐都不錯，私湯也很好，唯獨一點就是checkout在10點，然後過了時間服務人員就瘋狂的催，一遍遍打電話，我可以理解你問一兩次提醒，但是再三打電話催真的很影響心情，我們也在加快了，但是也要合理的去提醒客人，不要在最後一刻毀了前面所有的體驗！建議大家還是提前準備好checkout

雖然遇到了糟心的錯訂**件，但攜程還是幫助解決了！酒店與想像中一樣好，用的兩餐也非常棒棒噠，期待再次旅行！

非常棒的一次體驗，住酒店整個過程沒話説，東西好吃，就是酒店位置離車站有點距離還要爬山，要先在火車站旅遊諮詢處讓那邊工作人員聯繫酒店派車下來接。

退房10點，太早了.

酒店環境很好，服務態度非常好，就是要10點check out 太早啦，如果可以12點check out 就好。食物好吃！

酒店位置雖然在山上，較遠離箱根湯本駅，不過如果買了箱根周遊券，便可以免費乘箱根區巴士到酒店門前。房間空間很充足，和式房間設計出色，酒店準備的和式早餐十分豐盛。溫泉亦使人十分滿意！

酒店服務很好，一泊兩食很好，兩天食物不同款但都很美味，有小朋友同行，雖沒有小朋友用品但亦盡心為小朋友服務。唯一美中不足是位置處於半山，推行李上山有點吃力，如可早點聯絡酒店安排接送會好一點。溫泉很好，人流少，舒服。

Extremely expensive for a dated property, the staff were very unfriendly, unable to book dinner on day of arrival and the bar is only open for 2 hours on e evening.

The room and staffs are super nice, however the food included was average. But definitely a nice place to stay for onsen

The staff are very helpful and friendly, dinner and breakfast was great. The private room onsen was amazing which is reccomended for first timers or people who just too shy to go to the public bath.

It’s a wonderful hotel with spacious rooms. The traditional dinner was splendid while the breakfast buffet offers a great variety of food with some uncommon delicacies. The environment is also comfy with great views. It’s just that not so convenient in terms of its location. Takes a 10-min slightly uphill walk from the train station. Can be tiring in summer. However, shuttle bus service can be arranged in fact. Can ask for help with the arrangement at the information center on the ground floor near the bus terminal. The staff are kind and helpful.

I wish I had known the town closes down early and the hotel restaurant actually serves great dinner. That should have been mentioned on the website. The other thing is the transportation to the hotel could be communicated better as Google is not doing a good job is this case. But all and all a great hotel stay.
