Had an amazing time while on a business trip at the Dahlia Hotel Hanoi. The staff went above and beyond to make sure guests had a nice stay, and the hotel's amenities were excellent. A special thank you to Nill, the receptionist, who was always willing to help with setting up transportation and offering information about the area. Will most certainly be back when I visit Hanoi again!

Had a weekend break and the best time ever staying at the Dahlia Hotel Hanoi! The receptionists was very accommodating and kind, seeing to it that every need was taken care of right away. Cheryl gave me excellent service, which made my stay very amazing. The room had a pleasant atmosphere and was both roomy and tidy, giving me a sense of home. Numerous attractions are conveniently located within walking distance of the area. To anyone visiting Hanoi, I heartily suggest the Dahlia Hotel!

I have a nice stay with my friend in Dahlia hotel. The location and staff is great point, you can easily walk to Dong Xuan market and Hoan Kiem lake, the night market is in front of the door. Staffs are so kind and helpful, Stephen help me to solve all my questions and request. They can do better in cleaness and breakfast. Highly recommend for your stay in Old Quarter.

Black mold and bugs, refused to refund. We booked 2 rooms and were given 403 and 503. There was water on the floor and small water bugs in the restroom of 403, so I did not spend the night there. I showed the receptionist and they didn't have any other rooms available, so I stayed in 503 with my mom the first night, hoping to get another room the next day. We then saw that 503 had water damage all along the wall connected to the tub, so water likely leaked down to 403 which was directly below it. Both rooms were very damp and the sheets felt sticky. We checked out the next day and offered to pay for that night in 503. The manager wasn't present at check-in or at check-out the next day so we were told to request a refund through **********. I requested a refund, and then did not receive a follow-up a week after I had been promised one. I checked in again, and ********** tried the manager again, and the manager did not approve the refund. Even if there was a cancellation policy, how would I know that the room would have mold?

Dahlia Hotel Hanoi stands out not only for its beautiful ambiance but also for the outstanding service, especially from Hoang at the reception. He was incredibly helpful, ensuring our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Kudos to Hoang and the entire staff for their dedication to guest satisfaction.

This hotel is decent but it comes with it's fair share of issues. Check-in was quick with no security deposit. On check out we had the staff alleged we had beer and coke when we had a coke and water. I solved the issue by paying a little extra but I'm assuming he mistook the beer in the minibar as water since the power was out. Keep in mind this place has no backup power so I struggled lifting 4 suitcases down six floors. Also on the 6th floor you can feel the rattling of the backup generator from the next building which actually woke us up. So recommend staying on lower floors since there isn't much of a view from the high floors anyway. Everything in the room was alright and the bed was comfortable but some switches were broken and the towels they use are super tiny that's only good to use once. Breakfast is very basic but they also have a live order station which was surprising. I enquired about money exchange rates within the hotel and their rates are steep compared to exchange agents. The tour rates they have at the hotel are more expensive than standard rates.

Our booking was mixed up when we originally arrived in Hanoi. Luckily Nas was at the front desk and helped us book another hotel. From the minute we walked through the door Nas was the best we could’ve asked for. He went well beyond what had to be done. He air dropped us all the best coffee, food and sites to see, he ordered us Grab and o be able to get around, booked us on a 3D2N Ha Long Bay Cruise (found the cheapest price by far), he ordered us Water Puppet Tickets for when we got off the boat as well. The effort he put in to making sure we were taking care of was the best I’ve ever seen. The location if the hotel is perfect. Food and shops are all over the place as you step out the front door of the hotel. The lake, train station and prison are only 5-10 minutes walk. We could’ve have asked for a better place to stay and better staff!!

I have stay in Dahlia Hotel ( 18 Hang Duong ) in Hanoi ( Old Quarter ) for 5 nites. Hotel room is clean & nice too ! All the hotel staff in Dahlia Hotel are all very nice, very friendly and very helpful ! Special thanks to Dahlia Hotel Staff Ms Jenny ( Dahlia Hotel ), as i book a Grab Car but the Grab Driver waited at the main road as the hotel road was blocked due to the night market. Ms Jenny goes to the extra mile to help me go together walk to the main road ( walk for few minutes ) and show me the place where the Grab Driver is waiting for me at the main road. Fantastic customer services in Dahlia Hotel ! Other staffs in Dahlia Hotel are also very helpful too. Keep it up to all the staff from Dahlia Hotel !

Excellent stay in Hanoi! Great location, nice and tidy room, delicious breakfast! I must highlight the hotel staff. They were extremely helpful, attentive, polite and went the extra mile to help us every chance they got. There's one guy who's particularly great and helpful, sadly I didn't catch his name. I couldn't recommend Dahlia Hotel enough. It was my best stay in Vietnam.

We booked it on Agoda with good price. The location is perfect for people whom would like to explore the street themselves since it's close to many famous destinations. The staff were very nice and helpful especially Rosie. She took good care of us. The room is fine

A lovely little hotel in the heart of the old quarter of Hanoi. Staff were helpful and professional. The hotel looked a little old and worn but was immaculately clean and tidy. The only downside was our room had a shower over the bath and for someone who's in the older age group and already walking with a walking stick this was not ideal. However, I didn't say anything as we had already had a room change when we discovered water leaking from the ceiling in our original room and was concerned the ceiling would collapse. As I said a little old and could use some love but it was good value, good location and excellent staff.

I was particularly impressed by how well the space was utilized, creating a small studio-like atmosphere with a clearly defined sleeping area and a comfortable lounge where I could work, all while enjoying every necessary comfort. Additionally, the hotel's technology was superb, with touch on controls for AC and lights and a very safe room access by key card. The Wi-Fi was top-notch, ensuring that I could stay connected seamlessly. The hotel's location is truly fantastic. Situated in the heart of a traditional and vibrant commercial area. A 2-minute walk to the left led me to the famous Dong Xuan Market, while an 8-minute stroll to the right took me to the enchanting Sword Lake, historical center of the city. This lake area offered serenity during the day and transformed into a vibrant market and art center at night, providing a truly mesmerizing experience. The liveliness around the lake, with street markets, shops, restaurants and a vibrant atmosphere, was a testament to the vibrant culture of Hanoi. The night market and its pedestrian-only walking streets were an unforgettable experience, all just walking distance from the hotel. It also served as a convenient hub for Hop-on and off buses. The Opera House and malls area was here as well so you could taste traditional and modern at the same time. In summary, I wholeheartedly recommend the Dahli
