i booked premium rooms and they gave me a simple and smelly room

Concierge was very helpful. Service at Front Desk is alright. Some are very helpful. Buffet breakfast can be better. In terms of service, food variety and food taste.

main concern was the AC It was not working at all I have even informed the receptionist and the ***ager also, there was no action at all

Good food, nice big rooms and near to the airport

None of the plugs worked. I waited for 20 min waiting on the door of the room because also the phone was out of service. Moreover the bathroom has door hard to close, all water split out. A nigh**are. Moreover, the guy took my card into a room without my permission. Crazy

A bit older property...need renovation. Others are ok.

We had good stay at the hotel , except could not sleep due to loud music all through the night until early hours on both nights. Almost complained during the night , we had to leave early morning to catch the flight , very frustrating and tiring

Stayed at the Lalit for one night to catch a flight in the morning. The check in/out process is very easy and the staff is very friendly. The hotel itself is very clean and has good amenities.

房間挺舊的，據説是以前的洲際酒店。半夜外面有野狗嚎叫還打架！酒店有個大天井，裏面有水池，所以蚊子很多！服務態度倒是很不錯！正好趕上印度小姐的邦一級的比賽，終於看到點兒傳説中印度美女！

At this price, the room has hardly any amenities, the shower room gets clogged, and to access the in-room dining menu, one has to call reception to learn that we need to go to a specific channel on TV (not default), then scan QR code to access it, how convenient is that for a guest? I have stayed on this property at least 4 times in the last 7 years, and the level of service (be it as breakfast or someone handling your luaggage) is going down

We had a very late flight so got to the hotel at around 2am. There was no queue so we thought it would be a quick check-in process, but it took a long time only to find out that we had been allocated the farthest room despite 2 of our group being over 70. The room was not correctly set-up so we had to wait until this was done which took another 30 minutes. We slept closer to 3:30/4am which led to a missed breakfast the next morning. The staff did accommodate us with some toast and basic breakfast, but this could have been avoided if the correct room was allocated the night before. The shower drain was also not functioning properly so we ended up having a pool of water to deal with after every shower. The staff took care of this once we reported it but this should not happen if regular maintenance is being done. Overall, our expectation was much higher for a 5 star hotel.
