Small but modern and clean hotel with few eateries around the hotel. Location is a little far from the ruined Castle and old market place but near the beautiful river and city centre.

Sehr nettes Hotel, super geschlafen. Leider sind die Zimmer doch ein wenig unterschiedlicher. Die Lage zur Straße ist dann schon Nervig, wegen der Straßenbahn dafür sehr Zentral. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

酒店位置不錯，但旁邊有電車路，比較嘈吵。裝修是有花心思的，但服務基本是不存在的。到達一天大概下午四至五時，前台已經下班，嘗試諮詢如何入住，態度比較差，問我們是否沒有看過電郵。衛生間的毛巾殘舊，部份有污跡。淋浴間的門根本關不上，所以水一直排出衛生間，十分狼狽。打掃衛生的員工操作像是自由發揮，明顯入內換過杯子，但床和衛生間就完全不整理，好像趕着下班一樣。如果不介意嘈吵和沒有服務的旅客應該會挺滿意的，但我就不會再選擇這間酒店。

房間寬敞乾淨舒適，位置便利，服務非常貼心，入住體驗非常棒。

We stayed at this hotel for 6 nights. We were a family of 3 and booked a room with a kitchenette. Since we were 3, I also asked for an extra bed, which made this particular room (room #7), a bit tight for us. We had to move some chairs and a table to put the rollaway bed in a better position since initially it was at the foot of the main bed. Nevertheless, we were very happy staying at this hotel. The beds were very comfortable, and so was the extra rollaway bed, which in other hotels are not as good. The room was tastefully done, modern and well appointed. The air conditioning worked very well. The small kitchen was good too and well equipped. There was no dishwasher but they provided cleaning items for us. The room didn’t have a coffee machine but it had a french press and an electric water kettle. I loved the fact that even though this hotel is rated as a 3 star, your room was cleaned daily and housekeeping always did a good job cleaning the room. The bathroom was modern, with bidet. The water pressure was good. I only wish that they had more shelf space in the bathroom. Amenities were average. Just one type of liquid soap which worked as handwash, body wash and shampoo. So I would recommend you bring your own if you are particular about that. Prior to our arrival, I emailed the hotel to inform them that we would be arriving at 8:00 PM. They told me that since we will be arriving at that time, and nobody would be at the front desk, I would have to get my keys in a box by the entrace of the hotel and gave me a code in order to obtain my access and key card. That went very smoothly. I also requested for extra pillows in our room and they were in our room when we got in. There are reasons why a hotel is rated as a 3 star, but this hotel felt more like a 4 star given the fact that the room was very nice and the fact that daily cleaning of the room was provided for. We were very happy with the location of the hotel too. It was just across the river from the old town. And it was always a pleasant walk to get to Hauptstrabe. There was also a nice Italian restaurant on the ground floor of the building, a supermarket 2 minutes walk from the hotel, a bakery, and many other restaurants and cafes nearby. Special thanks to Alejandro from the front desk who was always very friendly and helpful as well as the housekeeing staff who always did a good job cleaning our room even though sometimes we left our room very late. If you’re looking for a fine, well priced hotel in Heidelberg, I would highly recommend BS Boutique Hotel.

Wow. What a beautiful hotel with the nicest and most helpful staff I think I have ever met. So we were actually meant to be staying in an apartment in Heidelberg but the owner got in touch a few days before to say that there was an issue with it and can we stay in their sister hotel the BS boutique. We knew there had been lots of flooding the weeks before and I’m not sure if that is why but as we were offered a free breakfast and a partial refund we didn’t want to cause any stress so we accepted the hotel. Very glad we did as it was stunning and super clean with fantastic staff. Everything in this hotel is quality. The doors and windows had amazing sound proofing. Totally quiet at night and the comfiest beds and pillows. A big thank you for making our trip to Heidelberg special. It’s a beautiful city.

Spacious and nice decoration ! The staffs are very helpful The hotel located right just near the tram stop and many cafe/restaurants. Easy to go to many places especially the walk of philosophers and main shopping area

We stayed at this hotel while a family member was recovering in hospital, and the staff were beyond incredible. They were extremely helpful, and always nice - you would never see them without a genuine smile on their face. We stayed for almost 2 months, and we were always made to feel like the hotel was our second home. The rooms were also modern, newly renovated, comfortable, and very clean. The location was super - close to many great restaurants, close to the old own, and for nature lovers, just a minute away from the philosopher's walk in the surrounding mountains. I would highly highly recommend this hotel for their great location, superb rooms, and most of all, the incredible hospitality.

Modern, clean hotel on the opposite bank of the river from the Heidelberg old town. Line 5 on the tram gets you here from the main train station. The entry to Philosphenweg is just down the road. The windows on the third floor capped the street noise reasonably well but I used a noise app on my phone to sleep. Very comfortable bed and bedding. Shower was large with plenty of pressure. Wifi was spotty. If you can handle public transportation, this is a good spot to explore Heidelberg.

Wunderschönes Hotel mit sehr viel Charme und Nähe zu den Hauptattraktionen von Heidelberg. Toll eingerichtete Zimmer und ein sehr guter freundlicher Service machen das kleine Boutique Hotel zu einer Top - Wahl für einen Aufenthalt in Heidelberg.

Das Hotel liegt gegenüber der Heidelberger Altstadt auf der anderen Neckarseite im Stadtteil Neuenheim. Bis zur Altstadt sind es knapp 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Aber es besteht auch eine gute Anbindung an den ÖPNV. Das Hotel und die Zimmer sind modern und stylisch eingerichtet. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Das Frühstück ist nicht besonders üppig, aber alles notwendige ist vorhanden. Etwas störend ist der Lärm der vorbeifahrenden Straßenbahn. Aber das schmälert den tollen Gesamteindruck des Hotels nicht wirklich. Wir haben uns in den 3 Tagen in Heidelberg hier sehr wohlgefühlt.

Insgesamt verfügt das Hotel über ein sehr gutes Preis/Leistungs-Verhältnis, gute Zimmerausstattung und tolles Frühstück mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Es war mit das beste Hotel während unserer 8-tägigen Motorradtour durch Deuschland

Super Hotel und Restaurant. Das beste war, dass wir abends hungrig um 24.00 ins Restaurant kamen; eigentlich war alles schon zu. …. doch alle waren so superfreundlich-der Koch ist länger geblieben und hat für uns die beste Pasta aller Zeiten gezaubert. Dazu super Cocktails. Das habe ich noch nie erlebt!!!!! Vielen Dank an Alle: Es war ein unvergesslicher Abend.
