Homewood Suites by Hilton Rochester - Henrietta

Family size, single room plus sofa bed. Location convience to do city shopping.

Dirty hotel! In room : Unwashed blood spots on comforted, mirrors not wiped, cobwebs around mirror. In hotel areas : floors not cleaned from night before (or longer), pool area not clean. Breakfast was typical of a free breakfast, just fine. Beds are comfortable.

Overall everything was average/basic/"good enough." Considering I paid over $200 to stay here, it could have been a LOT better. The bed was way too firm (by anyone's standards.) The towels were like sandpaper. The next morning breakfast was TERRIBLE. I've paid less in the past for hotels elsewhere and had a much more extensive selection. We got to the breakfast area around 10-15 minutes after it started just in time for cold eggs, cold sausage, and soupy oa**eal. (Bit of advice - skip their breakfast and eat at Cracker Barrel next door. At least you don't pay $200 to microwave their food.) Overall very dissatisfied. No value and I wouldn't stay again if given the opportunity.

Everything was pretty darn good. If I could recommend anything larger sized TV screens would be nice.

The facility was in great condition. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating. The most impressive thing was how the temperature in the room remained relatively constant through the night.

Staff, lovely...especially Che. Room was great, excellent sleep. Checkout was seemless. Great place.

I was very impressed with the hotel. The rooms are very large and spacious, the beds super comfortable and very clean. The free breakfast in the morning was better than most buffets you pay for! We only stayed one night but I would stay here again anytime and would recommend it to anyone

Our room wasn’t ready at check in time. Wasn’t going to be ready for a long time. This was very disappointing since we have a baby who needs to sleep

My family and I had a great stay, nice clean room, friendly staff and a very nice hotel overall
