"I booked the Ederingron Room at the last minute as I was riding my bike across the state and decided to push on a bit further one day. There are not a lot of hotel options in Brooksville, but I would stay here again, and highly recommend it to others. The hosts are extremely nice people and it was a pleasure to visit with them in the evening. Dinner options: walk nearby to Mexican and Chinese restaurants. The next morning at 7am, knowing I had a long bike ride ahead, Debra had a wonderful breakfast ready for me."
