"Black Forest Titi Lake two days and one night tour, choose a hotel in Hinterzarten It takes only 20 minutes by car to the lake; an hour's walk. The hotel is a stuub series. Before check-in, you will send a letter informing you to register, pay tourist tax (2 people 7 euros), and get the password of the key box outside after online processing; you can also ring the doorbell. The accommodation will be accompanied by a Titi Lake transportation ticket for 2 days. It is recommended to ask if you can provide a little transportation fee first. Very satisfied with the location and accommodation Bath gel super aroma ( fig + fennel) Excellent breakfast"

"I spent a week with my kids during the summer. This is not a place for family, the host was furious with my kids and always yelled at them whenever they were inside the hotel or in the garden. The worst experience ever. I would never recommend this place to anyone especially families with kids. Another thing, it feels like a prison during breakfast: only one piece of bread per person, and every time you ask for more, you see a weird look on the face of the hotel manager (in fact, the entire hotel has one person running everything) . I don't think this place deserves the ranking they claim they have. This is not a 3-star hotel for me."

"About a 12min walk to the train station. Cute little town! Gave it 4 stars because the bed’s mattress was very flat & it was almost like sleeping on a sofa bed - pretty uncomfortable. But the room was really cute, very clean. There was cheese, cold cuts, yogurt & a very tasty bread for breakfast. A few veggies, too. We arrived around 4p & the door to the hotel was locked - almost looked as if no one was there! Rang the doorbell twice & the manager guy came to open it. Overall a good 1 night stay for the Christmas market, which was amazing!! There’s another hotel that’s pretty close to the train station, too. I would’ve preferred to stay closer, actually. There was GlüHwein (for $2.50 euros) & other small wine bottles/ drinks - on the honor system."

"The hotel is very noisy; deliveries start arriving at 6 AM. The rooms facing the street are loud until late in the evening because guests and passersby often have loud conversations on the street. It's impossible to sleep with the window open because the noise echoes in front of the hotel. The carpet is very worn out, and the whole hotel smells strongly of smoke, food, and a general lack of ventilation. We also had a thick shag carpet in our room, the same as in the breakfast room! This is truly unacceptable in a hotel room because it's impossible to keep it properly clean. The management is very unfriendly, which unfortunately affects some of the other staff as well. We were very glad to leave the hotel and would not return under any circumstances. We travel a lot and enjoy it, but this hotel is not one we can recommend."
