Встретился с друзьями на праздновании дня рождения. Понравилось, что это было близко к Дэйву Н Бастерсу. Номер мог бы быть немного больше и чище, но в целом я был в порядке.

В целом доволен, хорошее соотношение цены и качества, немного устаревшие удобства.

Upon check in, we went to our room only to find out the key card/lock would not work. The concierge was very helpful and said he'd send the engineer up to assist. We waited about 10 minutes, but I understand the engineer was very busy assisting with other patrons' key card/lock issues. So we had to leave the hotel for dinner and come back. The concierge said he would have the engineer test the card/lock to ensure we would be able to get into our room later that evening. Upon our return to the hotel room, we still could not get in. We contacted the night concierge,and she called the engineer. We waited another 15 minutes for him to show up. At that point, he troubleshot the issue and could not get into the room. He said he would need other tools to get us in. So we waited another 10 minutes in the hot and muggy hallway for him to come back with crowbars. He was finally able to get us in; this was after about 30 minutes total of waiting in the hot hallway. Now I do not blame the engineer or concierges; they were just doing their jobs to the best of their abilities. But a very nice hotel like yours should have a better fail safe system in place than crowbars. Kind of scary that someone could pry open a room with a small crowbar or two.

Great location & enjoyed the Bistro.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in, this is supposed to be a 4 star hotel and they don't even have microwave in the room and asking $25 extra for it. Asked for towels and taking out the trash no one showed up for that, asked again then someone came with towels only, I asked about the trash and person response was "I don't know no English" The person at reception didn't tell us about the room service that they do it every after 3 days. Room was unbelievably small, mini fridge was the tiniest I have even seen and yeah they brought the microwave in the room after I asked for it, the person put it on the floor because he said he couldn't find the outlet to plugin, is this hotel a joke or what??? This supposed to be our romantic stay and they ruined everything !!! A BIG NO AND NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL !!!

This hotel is very accessible to the Galleria. It is clean and they have security patrolling the parking lot.

早餐不錯，不是自助是點餐。整體還OK，不過沒有自助洗衣設備，不太方便，而且房間內沒有備吹風機，我頭髮短也就懶得要了😅在這兒丟了一個三合一的充電線，沒找到。對了，電梯有一部不太好使，而且晃晃悠悠的

Comfortable, clean, free parking is definitely a plus! Breakfast buffet is very nice. Unfortunately not as close to NRG Stadium as we thought.

The hotel was nice and clean. The women that work at the front desk are nice and polite. My room was clean and comfortable, the bed was amazing. They provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and hand cream they all smell amazing.. I would definitely stay here again.

Property is beautiful but hotel had a water leak and we had no water for the Gordy 45 mins of my checkin

room was dirty, dirty and old couch (stinks), broken drawers, wobbly toilet. missing mirror. I was totally disgusted by the room. We always stay at this hotel when we go to Houston. I will definitely consider a different hotel from here and on.

We had a few issues in our room to which Alicia, the Director of Operations, was quick to solve this with us and was extremely professional/polite. Will definitely come back here again as they are so easy to accommodate their customers.

This is an older hotel, but they have done a good job of keeping it up. One of the things we like about it is secured parking. Although there aren't alot of spaces. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Their is a restaurant in the hotel, but no meals are included.
