"Мы с мужем находимся в горном отеле 4 дня. Мы забронировали Junior Suite. Это очень стильно оборудовано. Круга супер комфортная и без ног, что очень выгодно по моему размеру тела 1.85m. Команда уборки комнаты делает очень хорошую работу. Если вы хотите средней уборки, вы можете положить соответствующую карту в входной зоне. Очень хорошо-завтрак и вечерний баффет. Есть так много выбора и неважно, что вы выбираете, он вкусит супер вкусный!! Служба очень дружелюбна. Расположение отеля так мечтает на горе почти в середине леса, есть большая парковка и открытая зона супер чистая и также красивая. Как читать, я действительно взволнован этим отелем."

"We were happy with a family celebration in the hotel. Due to the large number of guests, several changes had to be made beforehand. All changes were made and confirmed quickly and precisely. Small things such as table reservations were carried out by the staff without any special request and without complaint. The various menus in the evening gave no reason for complaint, the food was sufficient and the eye could eat along very well. At breakfast, the only complaint was the stupidity of a young waiter. The fried egg we ordered was not served after the first, second or even third request. But the error was corrected with a sufficient apology from another member of staff. The rooms were clean, adequately equipped, and special pillows were brought to the room immediately. The bar was also flawless, the drinks appealing and delicious."

"We were in the hotel for 4 nights half-pension. Rooms convenient, clean, comfortable beds. Diverse breakfast buffet, extensive dining card. Very good connection to Wernegerode, Bad Harzburg and super location at the beginning of the Ilsetal for a walk on the Brocken. A great praise is to the staff, always friendly, expert and it was quite incredible what the kitchen and service has done with low occupation and high number of guests !!!!!! Good German kitchen. So simple, but sooooooo delicious!!! Spargel , Forelle, steak, it's not better. You're the DREAM-TEAM ....."
