"The hotel itself was fine, with breakfast included. The problem was with Trip.com. My wife and I carefully checked everything to avoid mistakes before booking and confirmed the booking before submitting. We searched for a non-smoking twin room, and since there was availability, we booked it. However, upon checking in, we discovered we had booked a smoking double room! We managed to get it changed to a non-smoking room at the hotel, but it felt like we'd been tricked. Later, when I checked the confirmation email from Trip, it also showed a smoking double room. It was our mistake not to check the confirmation email, but we have no idea how this change occurred. In the future, I've learned that it's important to carefully review confirmation emails and also confirm with the hotel to avoid mistakes. I've heard a lot about problems with hotel booking sites lately, and this was a good lesson learned. This was our second time staying at this hotel, but we booked through a different booking site."

"The blankets and futons were laid out upside down with a dust mite extermination device still stuck in them. I was in the room when they came to clean it, but they opened the door without knocking. Basically, there's no one at the front desk, so they don't know if you're out or not."

"I had a very comfortable stay. The staff were all very attentive and polite, which made my experience pleasant from start to finish. The room was clean and well-equipped; I didn't experience any inconvenience. The quiet environment allowed me to rest peacefully. The location was also good, with restaurants and convenience stores nearby, so I had no trouble finding food or shopping. Overall, I was very satisfied with the hotel and felt it offered good value for money. If I have the opportunity to come to this area again, I would definitely like to stay here again. Thank you."

На следующее утро на стойке регистрации тоже никого не было, а когда я вернулся домой на второй день, я объяснил ситуацию первого дня, и мне вернули разницу между гонораром первого человека и гонораром второго человека. Меня впечатлила их вдумчивость и быстрая реакция, хотя я ничего конкретного не просил. Поэтому, если там присутствует персонал, он обеспечит вам вежливое и дружелюбное обслуживание. Я бы хотел установить микроволновую печь на каждом этаже, хотя ее устанавливают только два раза в год. Спасибо за помощь."

"I was able to run on the forest road to the top. It is inferior to Jinmagatayama, but I am satisfied with the super view of Ina Valley. Unlike the mineral springs that the country says, it is disappointing due to the boiling circulation of mountain water. Although it is not as good as kaiseki, rock fish did not come out of the only local dish in the inn. I think the pottan toilet, heavy futon, blankets and steep stairs are severe for the elderly. The lady general will take care of you if you are tired of urban life."
