Ребята на стойке регистрации такие милые и дружелюбные, что им действительно нравится помогать всем в отеле, но отель расположен так далеко, и он расположен на вершине холма, поэтому сложно пройти пешком, особенно если у вас тяжелый багаж, и это далеко. от метро!

Good location

Öncelikle konaklamanın kötü taraflarını sayayım, konum olarak arabayla gelmek çok zor ama bunu biliyordum o yüzden çok problem etmedim, konakladığımız gece sıcak su bulunmuyordu bu en kötü tarafı oldu ama bunların dışında gerçekten güler yüzlü bir hizmet aldık resepsiyondaki müdür bey (ismi deniz olması lazım hatırlamıyorum) gerçekten çok güler yüzlü ve yardım odaklı biriydi hijyen açısından bir problem göremedim benim için keyifli bir konaklama oldu bir daha tercih edebilirim iyi çalışmalar.

Preis Leistung von dem Hotel stimmt absolut. Der Service war super und wir können uns nicht beschweren. Beim nächsten mal würde ich es nochmal buchen, da es auch in der Nähe vom Galatasaray Istanbul Stadion ist.

The staff were the kindest, went above and beyond both during check-in and breakfast.

Although the hotel was located in a crowded neighborhood with lots of hills, some quite steep, the neighborhood itself felt very safe and was walkable. The closest parking was a public paid lot several blocks away or if you are lucky, you might find a spot at the bottom of a hill on a side street. We were lucky to do that all three nights and found one spot next to the hotel. Just be prepared to walk up and down hills in the neighborhood. The rooms were modern and comfortable with nice bedding, TV, wi-fi, desk/table and chair, mini-fridge, and large living room chair. The bathroom was compact and efficient with a rainfall showerhead. The only minor complaint was the A/C control--it took a bit of time to get the room cooled because the fans were not strong and the city was hot. However, once cooled, it was perfect the whole night. The breakfast was a standard mix of Turkish and Western style breakfast--eggs, olives, cheeses, tomatoes, cucumbers, cereal, toast, fruit, coffee, tea, juice, etc. The service hours were good as well--not too early. My only complaint overall is that we had to have an early check-out before breakfast opened and I had requested pre-packed breakfast to go as indicated was possible at the front desk just by asking. After confirming this was possible and the time needed the evening before, there were no breakfast packages prepared for us. We had to wait for something to be prepared and all we received was a small cheese-deli meat sandwich.

Modern hotel with nice decorated rooms, daily cleaning, good breakfast and helpful staff. 15 min walking from 4.levent metro station. A lot of shops and restaurants around.

My mother stayed in this hotel . Overall she had a great experience nice staff and clean hotel. only problem was the location the hotel is located in busy and noisy area .

Car parking is a pain

It was very good stay and confort. Staff are friendly.

Good: shopping district with lots of small stores. The common areas are clean. Bad: The hotel is pretty old. Rooms are small and the streets are noisy. Perhaps I was expecting more from looking at prior reviews.
