Parking lot elevator had thick spider webs, although pool was closed for season the pool restroom had dead spiders and a dead cockroach... carpets throughout the hotel portion (halls and rooms) were filthy, stained and gross. Shower/tub was stained. Truly felt like a dingy, dark, filthy place. So glad we had only one night! Never going back. But... cool place to visit is Seven Magic Mountains

Great overall. Did get booked the wrong room the first time and seen a male “protection” on the ground but was quickly accommodated by the female employees at the front desk. Got my deposit back.

Not clean. Bad customer service. One bed had no pillows 🙄😡 and no one was at check in/out desk in the morning for us to check out

No valet, No bell hop, carpets were stained old and coming up in the lobbies elevators were shabby and no gift shop open no coffee spot open only one restaurant and the slots took me for a ride!
