Как только отель входит в бассейн, стойка регистрации становится очень удобной, и кажется, что здесь лето. Стойка регистрации тоже очень хорошо. У дверей отеля есть прокат автомобилей. Это тоже очень удобно. Он находится всего в нескольких минутах ходьбы от ночного рынка.

Обстановка в отеле очень хорошая, персонал на стойке регистрации улыбается, а обслуживание восторженное и внимательное! Очень доволен поездкой

Хороший небольшой отель, в хорошем месте недалеко от Храма и главного туристического ночного рынка Xbanna., Который действительно стоит посетить! Очень дружелюбный и внимательный персонал и знающий. В бассейне приятно и весело с единорогом и (новым) черным лебедем! Бассейн можно было бы очистить, но в целом хорошее место для отдыха и номера хорошего размера. Бесплатная водная машина. Хороший завтрак, правда, без кофе, но в 50 метрах от отеля за дверью слева находится тайское кафе, где подают отличный эспрессо!

We had a great stay at the lying cloud. The hosts were very kind, the bed is comfortable, the water hot, and the hotel is really close to everything in the city. We liked the breakfast. We slept great. Had a nice time

We could not say enough nice things about this hotel. We had a very enjoyable, relaxing 10 days which was just what was required after a busy semester at work. The two young ladies and one young man at the front desk were extremely helpful and kind (I only know two of their names, Xiao Luo and Xiao Xiang). They were not over bearing and in our faces ever. They were able to help us with every request we asked for when we wanted or needed something. Having a language barrier was never a problem and they were so attentive to our needs via wechat. They were prepared to help with a driver to any sightseeing you wanted to do. There’s great restaurants and things to see and do within walking distance of the hotel too. The cleaning staff were very pleasant from the lady around the pool to the lady cleaning our room. Breakfast had two options, noodles or rice congee, it was always served with a great number of side dishes, more than enough choice from cereal, eggs, bread, as well as milk, a number of freshly prepared vegetables. Due to the great breakfast we rarely ate lunch. You just didn’t need to. We rescued a dog while in Xishuangbanna which the reception staff were really helpful with some of the things we needed to do with the dog! We have stayed in many hotels around the world and Lying Cloud was definitely a highlight. Great location, clean and modern room with good amenities, wonderful front desk staff, clean and well maintained pool and outdoor area at a very, very reasonable price. This hotel came recommended to us via a colleague and we would highly recommend it to other foreigners and Chinese friends too!

This was one of my favorite hotels that I have stayed at through all my travels. I stayed in the "cloud" room, the guestroom that looked like sleeping inside a cloud, and it was really nice and spacious. Cleaning crew were really nice and friendly, kept the room really clean. The bartender left to go see family, but the front desk staff was more than willing to step in and make drinks for my friend and I as we sat by the lovely pool.

I had read the previous reviews before booking and felt a little tentative based on what people had said about service. Well, Either those people are complete liars or the staff read those reviews and upped their game but they have done an amazing job here. I stayed for a week and a friend stayed in another room, for the price for the location, for the cleanliness, for the amenities, and for the kindness of the staff I will always always stay here when coming back to this area. Breakfast isn't a choice, but it's huge and delicious. Housekeeping will clean anytime of day you're out, and the staff was WONDERFUL, welcoming, accommodating and friendly. A beautiful place. I had the suite next to the elevator with a balcony to the busy street and had NO problems having a great night of sleep every night. If you're worried about noise they give you earplugs in the room, but I never needed them. Great products and a huge bath that filled up quickly with hot water. Easy walking distance to the night market and lots of food and shopping. Thank you for a great stay!

The location is fairly good, but the street in front is kinda busy and noisy. Also lots of construction is going on around it. It's clean on the surface, but the overall building quality is definitely problematic. Also if you look closer into the corners or the bathroom appliances, it's not really cleaned well. It goes on with stains on the sofa for example. The bed and pillows are comfortable. Our room had a colony of ants in it..., which became annoying. Elevator is another problem. We had a room right next to the elevator and you can hear it at night and in the morning operating. It is noisy in the room and while you're trying to sleep. The service... is a headache. They are kind and willing to help and try their best, but that's about it. Staff is poorly trained, if at all. You basically need to tell them what they should do. Not refilling the toilet paper for example. Breakfast.... "we don't have this, we don't have that" then you need to negotiate with them what they can serve you for breakfast. That was just annoying. 沒想到在星光夜市還有這麼有度假風的酒店！一走進去大門就被那一大片泳池給圈粉了，藍色的水搭配椰樹，彷彿在泰蘭德，超級出片啊，美得不像話！晚上的話整個地方變成了星光小世界，氛圍拉滿，超級浪漫！而且，這裏距離星光夜市超級近！逛夜市吃小吃簡直不要太方便！zhui重要的是，前台小姐姐們也很熱情，讓人感覺好像回到了家一樣。下次還要來！

來西雙版納真的還得住告莊…酒店地理位置太好了，我們這幾天去各個網紅餐廳打卡 去夜市基本走路10分鐘都能到，機場到酒店也才20幾分鐘 網紅酒店環境設施沒得説的，都很棒，吹風機每個房間都用的戴森 服務：服務特別好，第一天入住幫忙推行李到房間後開始介紹房間裏設施的使用，特別是可可小姐姐，最後一天幫我們解決了一個大問題，非常感謝！ 酒店早上的早餐也好豐富，入住期間天天吃米線，太好吃了超讚，下次還來

酒店位置就在告莊雙景裏面，距離星光夜市步行10分鐘左右，附近很多吃的店和網紅店，到周邊要去的地方都很方便。雖然位置好，不過晚上一點也不會吵，早餐也挺豐盛的，米線很好吃！夏天中午天氣太熱不想出門，就在酒店裡躺着休息，在酒店泳池邊拍拍照也很出片，整體性價比很高，挺不錯的。
