This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in! The actual room was completely different from the advertised photos—the facilities were outdated, with stains and marks all over the walls and furniture. The room was extremely cramped and clearly a heavily partitioned space, with zero soundproofing. The most unacceptable issue was the hygiene. The bedding had visible stains, and right after entering, I spotted two cockroaches crawling freely on the desk—next to the telephone! It gave me instant chills and completely ruined the experience. We checked in at about 10:30 PM but were so disgusted that we checked out shortly after 11:00 PM. 这是我住过最糟糕的酒店！实际房间与宣传图严重不符，设施老旧不堪，墙壁和家具上满是污渍和斑痕。房间明显是隔断出来的“串串房”。 最让人无法接受的是卫生问题——床单被套上有不明污渍，而刚进房间，竟在桌上看到两只蟑螂旁若无人地爬动！就在电话机旁边！瞬间浑身发毛，彻底崩溃。 我们当晚十点半入住，实在无法忍受，十一点多就果断退房。

a simple cosy room, some work or touch up required for the wall but felt so clean. Love the view. Friendly and attentive staff.

Stayed there for two night and is unsafe for ladies to go back hotel during night time. Otherwise the bed and pillow is comfortable, a bit stain but still acceptable for the price per night.

Location is good but can improve the room cleanness. No water heater.

Location wise near JB CIQ. Hotel rooms rather small. Two person difficulty navigate in room. Basic amenities, no hair spray so cannot dry hair after washing hair late at night. Only good points is near CIQ and nearby food stalls.

Last minute booking to take nap as way back to my house was flooded. Overall satisfied, location was opposite to Police Station, so it is very safe.

The hotel is strategically located near JB Central, City Square, Bazar Karat, the CIQ, and major food spots—very convenient for transport and shopping. Rooms come with basic amenities and the price is reasonable for short, budget-friendly stays. Front desk service is good.

Room: Superior King Room Date: 8 Sep - 11 Sep The location was just a short walk from the Custom CIQ. The room assigned to me was 301, located right by the elevator. It has a king‑size bed but is smaller than a studio. The window can be opened from the inside. No smoking is allowed in the room. I had to pay a deposit of RM100 (~SGD 30). We receive only one room key; no extra keys are provided. The air‑conditioning was quite cold. The safe could not be used, and they gave no instructions on how to operate it. Only Singapore TV channels are available—no Netflix or anything similar. The bathroom can accommodate two people, but you need to request an extra floor mat (which we didn’t do) because water leaked out of the toilet even when the door was closed. At checkout, I forgot to retrieve the deposit and to inform my in-laws about it. When my father‑in‑law called the hotel, they claimed the deposit was withheld because the bed sheet was dirty (which is not true). I still have the receipt. They never asked me for anything during the checked out, so how can they say they never returned it? I believe our room was the cleanest of all, since I tidied it before I left and threw rubbish in the bin. This was my first time booking there and will also be my last.

1) Hotel is clean, quiet, and well maintained. Good location, very convenient. 2) All counter staff are very friendly, polite, and approachable. 3) Quick check in/out. 4) Understand guest's needs and attend to requests promptly. Hope to see the following improvements: 1) To provide 2 pillows on each bed if possible 2) To add shelf above basin for toiletries such as shaver, washing cream, toothbrush etc 3) To add more hooks for clothes 4) To provide more bathroom floor mat/towel as the bathroom floor is very slippery 5) Bedsheet and bath towel look old, and it seems that they have been used for a period of time.
