Не пять звезд точно !!! Завтрак так себе , но персонал очень приветливый Чайников в номере нет , после 23:00 кофе чай себе не сделать Сауну посетить или хамам , по записи и не более получаса - на а 7 евро Бассейн посетить - 13 евро - нонсенс для 5* Позднее заселение в 00:00 сторожем , по всей видимости , отобрали паспорт , так как не в компетенции сторожа проверить бронь. Отель как вокзал для больших групп на одну ночь. В общем , подумайте , в Метеоре есть частные отели в которых будут гораздо гостеприимнее чем тут К персоналу , вообще нет претензий Вай вай с перебоями - на 6 баллов из 10 Прошу прощения за отзыв , как туроператор дал объективную оценку

Beautiful clean hotel with amazing views of Meteora rocks. Comfortable beds. Beautifull luxury lobby area. The breakfast should be upgraded according to a 5 stars hotel.

就是一般的三星旅遊酒店，門口的小路晚上都不敢進出，五星絕對算不上。冬季也要一千來塊，價不符實！

This hotel might have once deserved its five stars, but those days are long gone. Clearly targeted to bus tours, it sits in the middle of nowhere — great view, yes, but nothing else around. Rooms are a decent size, yet the lack of maintenance is shocking: bedroom wall adjacent bathroom rotting from humidity, tub water flowing back through the drain, and a sink “fixed” with a cheap plastic flex pipe. The final touch? A manager with the charm of a pit bull who couldn’t care less about guests. A sad example of what used to be a grand hotel.

Stayed for 2 nights as part of a small group tour of 14 people with our guide . Our tour company had asked for a room with a walk in shower . On asking Reception why this had not happened I was told it was possible but we would have no balcony. No offer to look at the room , maybe it has a terrace ? Not brilliant customer service . There was a very nice view from our room balcony , the beds & pillows were comfortable. Shame about the bathroom & shower . Dinner & breakfast were not sadly up to the quality & choice of dishes that the other 6 hotels we stayed in during our tour. We did sit for a while on a terrace outside in the evening which was ok . No nice gardens or pool . It was quiet disappointing that our UK tour company chose this hotel .

We have just returned (16 September 2025) from a nearly wonderful small group touring holiday in Greece with the travel company Cox and Kings. The hotels were on the whole very good with the one exception being the penultimate hotel, Grand Meteora Hotel at Kalambaka. We stayed for two nights at the Grand Meteora which was branded as five-star hotel but clearly was not. The food served at this hotel (breakfast buffet and evening buffet) was absolutely appalling as was their presentation of the food (see photograph) and their service. For example, the evening meal buffet was to be served from 7 -10pm but by 8pm, when our group went to dinner, the receptacle signed as holding chicken portions was empty. When I politely asked the restaurant staff if they would bring out some more chicken portions I was told that there were no more even though there was still two hours to go before the buffet ended. Eventually however they did bring out some additional chicken portions but only after I had made repeated requests and it was clear to them that my patients was wearing thin, i.e. I was clearly angry about the situation. Perhaps needless to say my wife and I will never ever stay at that hotel again and I left a comment to that effect in their Visitors Book.

The hotel is located in Kastraki and some rooms have a nice view of Meteora, which is what they capitalize on. Although the hotel and room was clean, this hotel advertises 5 stars and I would say with luck it would be a 2 or 3 star hotel. The shower was unsafe and towels were yellow. It had no amenities and the breakfast was just awful, food was cold and did not seem fresh. Definitely a rip off. The receptionist that greeted us was very helpful and nice.

The stunning location is squandered by low quality facilities. The five star claim is misleading and more like average three star. There is no outdoor pool, despite a gift of a location among the rocks of Meteora. Food is really poor, with tough meat which seems to be microwaved and potatoes swimming in oil. Breakfast is poor with synthetic tasting orange juice. Tables are not laid so you have to get your own stuff like a road side cafe. Rooms are gloomy and dated. Our double room was a good size but with four single very hard beds pushed in pairs either side if a table, meaning light switches were in the wrong places. Decor is very dated and we had an ant problem in the room. The outside if the hotel has more car parking than amenities giving the feeling if a motel. Bizarrely, Fast growing Leylandii fir trees have been planted on the perimeter, meaning that the spectacular view will soon be blocked. Someone needs wake up and rescue this hotel and tame advantage of its spectacular setting.

Very disappointing. It was sold as a 5 star hotel but had no outside swimming pool, only a spa with indoor pool for a cost of 7 euros. Food was mediocre and hotel was dated. No gardens, only lawn and immense car park. Our washbasin wouldn't empty as the plug was stuck in and when we reported it they just smiled and said yes. 2 bottles of water left on the side, not in the fridge and 2 grubby carpet offcuts as mats at the side of the bed which I felt compelled to roll up.

Our room has a great view of the mountains in Meteora. However, the bathtub only has a half size glass door resulting in water splattering all over the floor after a shower. Buffet dinner was just so so but the dessert choices were quite limited

The Hotel is excellent. The rooms are spotless clean , very comfortable , the bathrooms are well stocked and there is everything you need and enjoy a nice shower. Love the shower head. The employees are very friendly, the view is gorgeous . The highlight was the best massage I ever had. Achilles is very skilled in getting the knots out, very professional, friendly and communicated well in English.

Stayed here 2 nights and it was the perfect location for us. You can stay in town and walk easily to restaurants but this was much quieter and we stayed in the grand suite with a nice balcony We took a taxi into Kastraki to have meals. The breakfast buffet was not the best- not a lot of variety. Had no issues with our room which was quite comfortable.
