Araiya Palampur

Araiya is the perfect hotel if you want to get away from it all and have some peace and quiet or if you want to explore the area and return to a comfortable, even luxurious hotel at the end of your day. The only negative thing I have to say about this place is also a positive - it is far away up in the hills and reached by driving endless perilous winding mountain roads. But it also means you find yourself in paradise when you get there. The service is exceptional and special mention must be made of Ravi and the chef of the Araiya restaurant. They all spoke good English and were there for any request we had. There are abundant delicious dishes on the menu; a pool; bar; and an excellent spa. In fact we had the best massages we have ever had. The place is spotlessly clean, the rooms are huge, and everything seems new and is well-maintained. Enjoy the breathtaking surroundings and tranquility while you unwind.

The best hospitality that I have even seen in the town itself! The staff is too humble and polite! The one name that I would like to mention is Mr Puneet Kumar! He is one *** army! Just like a Ginny, he appears from anywhere with the best service possible! Puneet is always there, be it anything! Also, the bar guy vipul! He is too good ***! Humble, polite, talented! I had an amazing experience at araiya!

The most stunning location and views, a beautiful hotel, with great food and drinks. And a local Palampur flutist who serenaded the hotel residents every morning with his mesmerising gentle tunes. Icing on the cake. But the absolute highlight for this hotel is its staff team. Every single staff member we interacted with was attentive, helpful, accommodating. We were there for a family reunion with one nonagenarian, two octogenarians and two septuagenarians and they were so well looked after. There was a well equipped room on the ground floor with ramp and disabled facilities-in-room for use with wheelchair and when some of the family was not able to ***age the steps and slopes to the restaurant the staff kindly set up tables on the lawn. When one of the family was too unwell to make it to the restaurant for dinner, we sent some food to her room. She didn't want to eat, but Amit who took the food to her, did a great job of persuading her to eat! What a lovely young ***. Also special mention to Pankaj who repeatedly went over and above to accommodate and look after us in the restaurant. And lastly Shashi who looked after us impeccably throughout the stay. The whole family was so touched by everyone's kindness. Thank you.

We had the best family vacation at araiya resort palampur. Right from the Reservation (handled by Ms.Nitika ), checkin (Mr. Anshul). Housekeeping team &, servise was very good & the experience was top notch. All the amenities viz. Rooms, TV, Swimming Pool, Gym, Games Room, everything was well maintained. Very much recommended property for all purposes.

We had an amazing experience at Araiya Palampur. The food and hospitality was excellent. The staff was very kind. The himachali dham was very nice and there were numerous delicious vegetarian options. Will definitely visit again and recommend it also.

Great location, beautiful surrounding a**osphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
