"К сожалению, мы забронировали номер, не проверив отзывы вовремя. Оглядываясь назад, это оказалось большой ошибкой. Номер, который нам предоставили, совершенно не оправдал ожиданий. Всё старое, изношенное и непривлекательное. Когда мы просим другой номер, это просто не допускается. Номера абсолютно не соответствуют тому, как их представляют на Sunweb, и, похоже, их не ремонтировали годами. Кроме того, они рекламируют кондиционер, но он не работает. В результате в номере очень жарко и едва терпимо. Для нас это был единичный случай, больше никогда. Также за Coke Zero в рамках пакета «всё включено» нужно платить отдельно. Лучше держаться подальше от этого места!"

"Well-equipped, modern, and clean apartment with a wonderful living room. It has two couches, one of which can be converted into a comfortable double bed. The view from both the living room and balcony is fantastic, overlooking Kaprun and the Kitzsteinhorn. The location is just outside the center—peaceful and quiet—yet very convenient, with a supermarket around the corner offering freshly baked bread in the morning. Ski shoe heaters and Ski storage in the basement, for a perfect start of the day. The apartment Building 10 (10.3) was equipped with a dishwasher and laundry machine, that really saved the day! The only remark, it's a bit of a walk to the ski lifts, about 800 meters, therefore we will rent a heated locker next to the ski lift next time."

"After a 2 hour drive from Salzburg, arrived at location and it was beyond expectations. The hotel staff were so helpful and kind. The room itself was large and beautiful. Gives a positive vibes. The view was amazing and sad that we only stayed one night. It is one that we would definitely return and stay at least 2 nights."

"Another amazing stay! We loved the hotel so much last year that we came back for a longer stay. The hotel is ideally located in Kaprun and is walking distance to the supermarket, pharmacy and restaurants. It's also right next to the alpine coaster. It includes the summer card which gave us free entry to a lot of activities as well as a discount for the zoo and gemstone search, both of which the kids really enjoyed. Amazing stay, great spacious rooms, good breakfast. Definitely a place I'll be recommending to family and friends."

"Fine cottage. Nice location with a ski bus right in front of the house. Furthermore, it stated that you didn't need to bring towels, but we were a group of 12 and each had one towel for 5 nights. When we asked if we could have an extra towel, the response was that we had to pay 10 euros per towel. The sauna was sometimes closed at times when it was supposed to be open. And the swimming pool was really extremely cold. Additionally, you do have to bring your own garbage bags, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, and toilet paper. We only found that out once we were there."

"Wonderful hotel. We have stayed there in the past also. Great welcome, friendly staff, clean and spacious room. The breakfast was tasty and had a good variety. "We stayed as a family of five and were very happy here. Our three children had a bed each in the second room so no one had to sleep on the sofa bed in the lounge. There was a lovely spacious living room / kitchenette that made cooking and eating together very enjoyable. The supermarket in town is great with a huge selection and only a 5 minute walk away. The ski locker was fine with plenty of space for multiple families to don boots etc. There is a great sauna that was very welcome after a good days skiing. The bus to the main ski area is an easy 2 minute walk. You can walk to Kaprun centre in ski boots in perhaps 10minutes. The apartment was cleaned and prepared every day. Staff all super friendly and super helpful. There was a balcony on two side of the apartment with lovely views, although on this trip it was more useful as an outside beer chiller. Fab place. Would recommend."

"We stayed in a 2 bedroom superior Type 1 apartment with 4 adults and a baby. Very impressed and would highly recommend. We stayed in apartment 8 on the 2nd floor at the front of the hotel. With the windows and doors shut, you can’t hear the road, but with the windows open you get the odd noisy neighbour walking past late at night. One bedroom had an en-suite with a shower and the other had a bathroom off the hall with a bath and shower. Each bedroom had their own balcony as well as a balcony off the living area. All rooms had a lovely view of the mountains. We didn’t use the sofa bed, so can’t comment on that. VAYA provided a cot for the baby, although it was not suitable for such a young baby and we ended up using the bassinet from the pushchair we bought with us. The whole apartment was really well renovated and was lovely and clean (possibly except a bit of dust under the sofa, beds etc which possibly doesn’t get cleaned every time). The table had plenty of room for 6 people, with a large sofa and 2 arm chairs. Kitchen was good. No microwave which was not a massive issue, except we’d got microwave steriliser bags for the baby which we couldn’t use. Our group consisted of 2 skiers, 2 non skiers and a 3 month old baby. The skiers were impressed with the ski room - clean, warm and plenty of space. There was no mat or shoe tray inside the apartment for wet shoes, so the floor would get really wet. We asked reception for a spare mat which was provided straight away. This helped but would definitely be feedback for VAYA to provide a tray or mat of some sort to help save their nice flooring and to stop wet socks! There was underfloor heating which was a lovely touch. The location was perfect with a bus stop right outside. It’s a short walk to the local Maiskogel ski area and a short 15/20 minute bus to the Kitzsteinhorn Glacier one way or Zell ‘em Zee the other. Really friendly and helpful staff, would definitely stay again!"

"We had a wonderful stay at Dorfchalets Kaprun! From the moment we arrived, we received a very warm and friendly welcome. The hosts were incredibly hospitable, thoughtful, and always willing to help or think along with us to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The location is excellent — perfectly situated in Kaprun with easy access to the surrounding mountains, ski areas, and village center. Everything you need is close by, yet the atmosphere remains peaceful and relaxing. The apartments/chalets are modern, beautifully designed, and spotless. They are fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and you can really see the attention to detail in both the interior and cleanliness. We truly had a fantastic and relaxing stay and would highly recommend Dorfchalets Kaprun to anyone looking for comfort, hospitality, and a perfect location in the Alps. We would love to come back!"
