Лучший вид - лучший отель. Но с едой надо что-то делать. Пожелание руководству - сходите на набережную к озеру. попробуйте еду там - сделайте так же.

Хороший отель по доступной цене. Очень спокойная и расслабляющая обстановка в Катманду. Расположение идеальное.

За 10 дней пребывания мне очень понравился отель, персонал от ресепшена до уборки номеров был потрясающим, и прежде всего Кишор с ресепшена и Сародж, как можно забыть его, какой замечательный человек. Я очень благодарен ему за поддержку, которую он оказал мне во всех моих нуждах, от шопинга, осмотра достопримечательностей и многого-многого другого, я искренне хочу поблагодарить Сароджа, вы действительно джентльмен, и я, конечно, никогда вас не забуду. Спасибо Кишору, Кумару, миссис Порнима, и прежде всего Сародж. Я рекомендую этот хороший отель, он достоин того, чтобы в нем остановиться,

The stay was great, to say the least. We actually decided to extend our as our plans changed and looked no further. The staff were very flexible with our late night flight and the ensuing late check-out and assisted us price-wiae. The hotel is truly a boutique one. Breakfast is nice. We didn't need much anyway, so for us, it was much more than we needed. There is a slight variation on a daily basis. The cleaning lady cleans the room impeccably on a daily basis. In general, if you need anything, the staff are accommodating and always ready to help. Locatio- wise, the hotel is somewhat further away from the noise of Thamel and other touristy areas but close enough to places of interest. Last but not least, we arrived later than scheduled, so the meet and greet service , which came free, was super handy.

Very disappointed with the service, there were no hot water in the toilet, (broken/not working), then AC stopped working at evening and despite complaints they didn't change room straight away, rather kept us in the same room till next day while they tried to fix the AC. Other stuff were very helpful. Good breakfast, loved their complementary airport pickup.

The most beautiful hotel I’ve ever been in. The buildings and inside are a marvel! The service is outstanding, and they went above and beyond. The food is good, but can be better. The salads are mediocre, but they worked to improve them. The buffet was good.

The way lady in the reception speak was rude And never smile to the customer she always sitting and doing computer never greetings if i owner of this place , i would not work with them because this hotel deserve better staff! It has beautiful decors By the way the lady who works in the breakfast area was smiling . In general no worth it to pay this much money on this hotel

酒店整體與描述一致，乾淨整潔，服務周到。特別值得稱讚的是酒店的工作人員，他們熱情且盡職盡責。加德滿都罷工期間，因難以打到車前往機場，工作人員主動幫忙聯繫當地司機，確保我順利趕上了航班，實在令人感動。由衷感謝他們的幫助。如果下次再來，一定還會選擇入住這家酒店。

設施和早餐不能和國內比，就是專門感受不一樣的味道，請一定預訂最好的且唯一的套房，否則你將失去入住這家酒店的意義。
