Как уже говорилось в других отзывах, персонал отличный, везде очень чисто, хороший завтрак, номера приличного размера, большая парковка, хороший бассейн и пляж с шезлонгами, потрясающие виды со всех сторон. Сами - прекрасный город, и мы отлично пообедали, а затем совершили прекрасную прогулку по набережной. Одним из минусов для нас было то, что балконы очень маленькие, без уединения, и нам не повезло, что по соседству были курильщики и вейперы, что мешало нам большую часть времени наслаждаться сидением. Не знаете, что можно сделать, кроме как сделать один этаж свободным от курения? В целом, прекрасное место для отдыха и надеемся увидеть вас через пару лет. Барри и Дебби"

"Lovely apartment for the two of us. Very clean and had all equipment needed to be self catered. Quiet as expected in October. Most restaurants still open and lots to choose from within walking distance. Garbis family made us feel very welcome. As for most of Kefalonia, I advise renting a car. We managed to explore most of the island from Lourdas. Would definitely stay again. Thank you"

"The hotel has a great location, not far from the beach, and plenty of restaurants nearby. There's a small supermarket to the right of the hotel entrance where you can buy yogurt and other similar items. Behind the hotel is a commercial street where you can shop, but the shop owners are quite casual, and some close very early. The room has a small balcony, not too big or too small. The only drawback is the poorly designed bathroom; the shower is too small, and the toilet paper isn't even next to the toilet! You can arrange airport or ferry pick-up through the hotel on Ctrip, but this will incur an additional fee."

Моя главная претензия заключается в том, что в каждом номере предоставляется только один ключ, чтобы гарантировать, что кондиционер не будет включен, когда вы выходите из номера. Чтобы включить кондиционер, свет и телевизор, нужно вставить ключ в специальное устройство при входе. Сначала это не показалось большой проблемой, но когда мы с женой решили разойтись и вернулись не одновременно, первому гостю пришлось ждать в холле, пока вернется второй. В номер нельзя было войти! Я попытался попросить персонал в холле впустить меня… после ожидания меня впустили в номер, но второй карты мне не дали. В итоге мне пришлось сидеть в номере без кондиционера и электричества! Это было очень неприятно. Не тот уровень обслуживания, на который можно было бы рассчитывать на 4 звезды!"

"В апреле 2024 года я связался с владельцем Diana Suites, чтобы узнать о наличии мест в июле 2024 года. Владелец попросил меня найти Diana Suites в Viber и отправить запрос туда, как я и сделал. Затем он отправил мне скриншот моего бронирования, указав всю сумму к оплате и попросив внести 50% депозита в течение следующих 3 дней. В тот момент я не проверил, что он забронировал для меня студии Diana (но взял плату по цене апартаментов, рекламируемых в апреле). Владелец так и не упомянул, что у него два отдельных типа размещения (студии/апартаменты), и даже сегодня я продолжаю удивляться, почему он решил за меня, не уточнив, какой вариант размещения я предпочитаю, и продолжил мое бронирование. Как только я приехал с семьей, даже не показав номер, он попросил нас полностью оплатить оставшуюся сумму. Это казалось странным, но мы так и сделали. Представьте себе наше разочарование, когда мы поняли, что наш номер находится в здании студии, а не в здании апартаментов. Моя ошибка была в том, что я доверился ему изначально и никогда не перепроверял. У меня не было доказательств, что я говорил о люксах, в то время как он говорил о студиях. Честно говоря, я был на многих островах Греции и в нескольких столицах Европы, но это первый раз, когда со мной произошло что-то подобное. Полное разочарование!"

Had a fantastic lunch, shockingly good salad and fresh fruit smoothies, beautiful location, great people. Would love to go back for a longer stay. "We had a wonderful time. Maira is a great host. We had a room w breath taking view to sea. Rooms are comfortable and very clean. Water is always running. Breakfast is the best ever. Every thing is fresh and locally produced.. Every morning special bakery prepared by Maira and her team packed given to go. Enjoyed them so much. Maira took special care of each visitor staying. Electra Kefalonia Hotel & Spa
"I came here for a week in June with my husband. It delivered on every level. The view was incredible: purple sunsets, clear blue skies. The pace of life was calm and soothing. The food was delicious (we did half board and thought it was excellent value for money). The facilities were great: main pool was pretty, there were always plenty of sun loungers and you could have cocktails (/wonderful draught Alfa beers) delivered to you while you read a book. Other guests were generally respectful of the atmosphere - no loud conversations etc. - and that really helped contribute to the ambiance. The staff could not have been more friendly. The gym was decent enough for a week of workouts. You can take your pool towels down to the beach (where two sun loungers can be yours for 20€ per day) and if you want to rent bikes or a car, the concierge can arrange for them to be delivered to the hotel for you. If you’re looking for a stunning view, excellent facilities, friendly and helpful staff, delicious food, then you would struggle to find much better than this. It’s worth knowing that there are 4-15 flights per day that go overhead, but you get used to them and they don't run late into the night or early in the morning! Oh, and you can get to Argostoli by bus (30ish mins) and the bus stop is 100m from the hotel. Taxis from the airport are mysteriously 20€ (even though it's a 5 min journey) but some drivers are amenable to haggling. If you don’t want to eat lunch at the hotel every day, you can grab a sandwich and a beer from Tropicana, also about 100m from the hotel."

"This is an exceptionally good hotel and we enjoyed it very much. It's the first time I've stayed in a hotel like this and the communal pool has been so quiet - absolutely zero stress about will we get a sun lounger. The hotel is so small and intimate you feel really well cared for and heard. Our room was beautiful and we enjoyed the breakfast and food in the restaurant - very good. We had a massage and facial too - both excellent. Really beautiful views also. Found all the staff to be really kind and helpful. A truly wonderful and relaxing place to stay and we will return. Only downside is I think the price point is quite high but that wouldn't stop me coming again. We hired a car which I would say is a must. We loved Dafnoudi Beach in the north, Assos, hiring a boat for the day and going to the volcanic beach and white rock beach and the underground lake caves."

"Just returned from a 2 week stay at the Lassi Hotel (bed and breakfast). The hotel and grounds are great, great size pool with plenty of sunbeds and (surprisingly) no wars to get one. There is not evening meals available here and limited bar snack menu during the day. Breakfast each morning was great, plenty of choice to mix it up each morning. Rooms are basic but clean and tidy with clean sheets/towels every other day- extra cost for air con, safety deposit and fridge. All staff are wonderful, supper helpful and friendly- they make the stay more pleasurable. Only thing regarding location is the hill into the town of Lassi, it is steep (approx 200m) and if you’re not as nifty on your feet or feel the heat- it’s a real struggle. There is a back route through the hotel grounds that staggers the climb up but still tricky if you’re not sure of foot. Of course you can get a taxi if needed- staff are more than happy to help with this. We rented a car for a few days- totally worth it and also, plenty of parking at the hotel as they have a good size car park!! Overall we had a lovely time- close to different beaches and coves (great for snorkelling), Lassi itself has plenty of restaurants to choose from and Argostoli is a short taxi/bus ride away- definitely recommend to see the turtles!! Hope to return to Kefalonia one day!! 🇬🇷"

Meliti Waterfront Suites
"Ammos is the Penthouse suite at Meliti Waterfront suites. Its perfectly located overlooking the sea and the Karavomylos Taverna a few minutes’ walk away. It is reached via a flight of stairs (about 25 steps) from a garden entrance. Its probably better than the photos show; excellent cool décor and three bedrooms and two bathroom, one ensuite. The third bedroom had twin beds and is compact. The largest bedroom with two patio doors onto differing balconies does not have the ensuite, this is off the midsize bedroom. The main bathroom is large and also houses the washing machine. The ensuite is very compact and has a small almost vanity size basin. (Note both bathrooms have no basin plugs to retain water!) Our initial welcome was warm and friendly with a quick explanation of the facilities and near by restaurants and places for breakfast. Unlike many places we have stayed, if you wish to cater for yourself sometimes useful items such as condiments, foil, cling film, etc perhaps left by previous guests are not present so come prepared. The whole apartment however is very well equipped, with everything you need to prepare meals, plus two coffee machines (one Nespresso) and kettle. The beds are very comfortable, our bedding was changed once in 7 days, oddly on day 6. Towels were changed after 3 days. One large towel and one hand towel per bedroom. I would stay again as this is a stunning suite and very convenient for travel around the island, most places, Argostoli, Assos, Fiskardo, Poros and Skala all reachable within one hours drive, Agia Efimia in about 30 mins and Sami a 20-30 mins walk or a 10 minute drive. If like us you arrive and have an evening taxi transfer, I recommend you stop at a mini market enroute to buy water and provisions for your first breakfast etc. Don’t forget to pack a couple of plugs for the basins!"

"Hotel is positioned on a beautiful part of the island. The grounds are lush and pool is great. We loved everything here as far as the environment, views, amenities and our room, but the service was quite poor specially with the front desk. Our room was directly by the pool, and two nights in a row live music was playing at the pool restaurant until 11pm, which is great if you are there enjoying it, but not when you have a small child and trying to put them to bed. The next day when I told the front desk member that the music was very loud in our room and we were unable to sleep he just said yes we can play music until 11. When I pushed further and asked if we could be moved the answer was no. And that was that. I was stunned at this terrible customer service. I appreciate the hotel was fully booked but a simple gesture, an apology or sympathy would have gone a long way."
