Comfort Inn & Suites New Orleans Airport North ★★

"To start with the positives: This is one of the few airport hotels with free shuttle transfers which worked well. The room is large and as per the pics, with comfortable bed. Negatives: The hotel "lost" my booking. They said they tried to call me with no answer because my phone was switched off, but when I suggested this may be because I was flying the receptionist said "No...you had switched your phone off". Quite a strange answer & attitude to a guest. She "rebooked" me and I ended up paying more then my original booking price. I stayed two nights, and throughout my stay, I had ZERO TV connection. I told the receptionist, and she (a different receptionist to check in) didnt seem to care at all !! ("it probably needs rebooting").....but despite being told someone would attend to it, nothing was done. For the money I paid, having no TV is ridiculous. Minor issues.....no handle on the shower tap, nowhere to hang a towel in the bathoom (there had been something on the back of the door, but was missing). Despite being listed on the amenities, there was no fridge. (just a gap where it should have been.) Overall, for the money paid, a very disappointing stay and will definitely look for other options on future visits."

Home2 Suites by Hilton Kenner New Orleans Airport ★★★

"The hotel environment was excellent, and the manager was very satisfied, which was a great affirmation of my work."

La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham New Orleans Airport ★★

"Good value for money, clean and comfortable room, bathroom needs renovation but is adequate Simple breakfast"

Best Western Kenner ★★★

"Another amazing stay at "Best Western Kenner". The room was clean, modern, and spacious. There was continental breakfast and a fridge-microwave in our room. Onsite washer and dryer was also convenient. We were just a 20 minute drive to New Orleans. The manager and his staff are very professional and nice. They made me and my guests feel welcomed. We had a great stay and as you can see we definitely stayed again. Lol!"

Ramada by Wyndham Kenner/New Orleans Airport South ★★

"В комнате нет микроволновки, холодильника или холодильника. Также завтрак не очень хороший. Однако сотрудники были великолепны!"

Holiday Inn NEW ORLEANS AIRPORT NORTH by IHG ★★★

"The room and bathroom was overall clean and the furnitures made a good impression. Unfortunately there were no curtains to close and the room was very noisy, so you could hear the cars and guests as well. Staff at the reception was friendly and the check-in was very easy. The bed was very comfortable."

Red Roof Inn Kenner - New Orleans Airport NE ★★

"The room was outstanding, very clean and very nice hotel. I will recommend this hotel to everyone its very convenient location and local stores is only 2-3 blocks away . Единственная причина, по которой я дам это место 1 лицо для обслуживания, потому что это был мой день рождения из-за 15:00 я пропустил в мой день рождения VIP с пакетом Meet/Greet & Grab от всех поставщиков в Конвенционном центре . Я не мог проверить в своей комнате до 15: 00, чтобы я мог получить стирать / одеться на мой день рождения, и я был еще поздно и пропустил на большую возможность."

DoubleTree by Hilton New Orleans Airport ★★★★

"Отель нуждается в ремонте. Украшенный ковёр, мебель и декор. Пол, на котором я был, и первый этаж, оба имели странный (старый) запах. Парковка была очень ограничена и не чувствовала себя особенно безопасной. Однако сотрудники были очень милыми и полезными."
