Bell 2 Lodge

I first contacted the Bell 2 Lodge in Jan of 2022 requesting a reservation for July 26, 2022. I was told they were in the height of their heliskiing ski season and to reach back out in May. I once again contacted Bell 2 Lodge in March to see if by chance they would take my reservation. Again, they said they would start taking reservations on May 1st. I called May 1st. Only to be told they were full, and not taking reservations for July. I was told they took all the reservations early. Contract workers. If they had no plans on taking reservations, they should have been honest and told me right off the bat. We are traveling from North Carolina to the Arctic Ocean and back to NC. Honesty would have helped us out tremendously in our planning. Now, everything is booked. Avoid this place. They are very dishonest in what they say. I would avoid this business at all costs. They are not honest by no means. And could care less how they handle customers.

The ladies working in the gift shop clearly hates their jobs, she has no manners and gives no respect to anyone that walks in especially to the people that are part of the territory, they gotta remember that customers bring them in money so they can get paid. I go by there regularly.

Outstanding customer service. A group of 7of us are on a motorcycle ride and had reservations at the Bell 2 Lodge however due to a COVID outbreak, the lodge had to cancel our reservations last minute. The staff at the lodge suggested alternatives and we were able to secure rooms in Stewart. The Manager at Bell 2 insisted we stop by on our way through. When we did, they filled up all our bikes at no charge and offered us sandwiches and drinks. Then they made dinner reservations for us in Stewart BC and paid the bill, drinks included. Unbelievable customer service for something that they had no control over! Thank you from all of us.
