We stayed in the superior bungalows, which were very nice, both pools are really good, the garden is picturesque and is manicured beyond belief, I've never seen so many gardeners in one place. The location is absolutely perfect right slap bang where you want to be in this heat 35+degs, you are there everything in touching distance, from reception , beach, bars, restaurants and even the markets. Great time great place give yourself 3 days here. Where do they get there 🌟 system from min four 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 plus staff very happy and friendly

Just stayed at Smile for 5 night rooms clean aircon not the best. Close to many restaurants tried most of them no negative for any of them. Restaurant to smile is beach side so stunning view each morning. Breakfast average. Good idea split your trip stay Fishermans 4 or 5 nights then another àrea. Staff friendly.

Rooms - poor maintenance no hot water at the sink Noisy Rooms - staff arriving and leaving Motorbikes driving on the pathways in the hotel No service around the pool No interest in guests whatsoever Breakfast selection very poor - not enough people cooking eggs so you have to queue every morning - I’m really not queueing for my breakfast Doesn’t feel very clean all over I will say though the Gardens are immaculate

Hôtel tranquille, jolis bungalows dans un beau parc, tout à proximité, toute petite route à traverser pour aller déjeuner et à la plage. Buffet petit déjeuner à améliorer, par exemple des jus de fruits frais seraient parfaits à la place de ceux proposés imbuvables, la Thailande regorge pourtant de merveilleux fruits. Il serait bien aussi de gérer un peu mieux la mise à disposition des transats plage où il est très difficile de pouvoir se poser. Quelques fleurs de frangipanier traînent au sol, au lieu de les balayer, décorez les chambres avec comme au bon vieux temps ! Pour finir, nous y avons dîné une fois pour le cadre sur la plage, pas 2, nourriture insipide. Mise à part ces petites choses, nous recommandons cet établissement.

Ce restaurant en bord de plage , en un mot, à éviter ! Peu aimable , jus de fruit , du tang, prix affiché en brut mais ne l’indique pas clairement , donc une mauvaise surprise et une très mauvaise expérience au moment de régler l’addition . Ce n’est pas le montant qui dérange c’est la manière . Ils n’aiment pas les touristes . Il y a d’autres endroits bien plus sympathique où passer un bon moment.

Wow!! Where to start.... staff amazing, we booked the three bedroom apartment and we were not dissapointed, huge rooms, each with ensuite, bath and shower. Living room big, comfy with TV, Wifi and aircon throughout. Fresh sheets, beach and bath towels supplied by 6am each morning on you balcony along with 6 bottles of water daily. Rooms were cleaned when you put the sign on and were immaculate. Staff were so respectful and friendly. The apartment had a full size fridge which was great. Breakfast was included....this was until 10.30am and there was a wide selection available. The in house resturants were fab and the views amazing. You could enjoy lunch/dinner by the sea or order takeaway (food and drinks) to the pool or to your apartment. Pools were great, never an issue to get a bed for the four of us, most days we were the only ones there. Pools heated, clean and all areas in great condition. The hotel is in the heart of Fisherman's Village with so many lovely places to go to. Local shops and laundry services are very cheap. I honestly could not fault this hotel, we are a family of 4, with two boys ages 15 and 12.... they loved this place as did we. All trips were super organised and we were picked up and dropped off at the door. Would highly advise the elephant sanctaury and the boat trip to pig island. I have already told people how amazing this pace is and if you are in Koh Samui you need to stay. 10/10!!

What a beautiful spot this is. You can either eat inside outside or even on the beach as we did. The service was as you would expect in Thailand excellent. The menu is very good with plenty to choose from and something for everyone. This has to be a must for you.

Such a great location in the heart of the Fisherman village and we always stayed here, the room quite comfortable but this time we booked for 2 rooms, for my mum to come to Koh samui for Christmas but her room quite far away from me and her room right at the end of the other side of the resort and we kept asking to changed the room but unfortunately during Christmas it was quite busy and the staff couldn’t helped us at all, my mum were terrified and scared. It could be improved about the breakfast it was only disadvantage and menu at lunch time and dinner it was amazing.

This was amazing, the pool, the restaurant, the rooms, the location. We had a very nice little villa that was very quiet, spacious and comfortable. We had great food at their restaurant and really loved the pool. The rooms and grounds were spotlessly clean and beautiful. The owner was very friendly and spent time around the grounds. They even made me a cake and sang to me for my birthday.

Lovely little oasis hidden away so green and lush you would never know it was there unless you walked through their gardens. A peaceful night sleep waking to the sounds of birds was heaven. Their rooms are simple and rustic but lovely and clean

When we're staying on Koh Samui we always book a little Villa in Smile house, because it's in the very centre of Bohput and the pool is beautiful and the breakfast in a beautiful restaurant with sea view is delicious!

Лучшее соотношение цены и качества проживания Бассейн очень хороший. глубокий и большой бассейн Сад красивый. Это хорошо для прогулки. Поскольку здесь так много деревьев, есть и много насекомых. Тем не менее, я рекомендую это место, так как оно очень удовлетворительное за свою цену.
