"This has to be one of my worst experiences at a Marriott hotel. First, let's talk about cleanliness. When I entered the room, the bathroom partition had a thick layer of dust. I can understand that Xinjiang is dusty, but the mirror also had a lot of water stains, which I really can't comprehend. I booked a two-day stay, but on the second day, my room card wouldn't work when I returned to the hotel, so I had to get a new one. Then, on the morning of the third day, before check-out time, my room card wouldn't work for breakfast either. After breakfast, the elevator also didn't work as usual. Again, I had to get a new room card. I couldn't find the tea and coffee station at breakfast, and when I asked a staff member to help me get a cup of water, she told me to get it myself, saying she was the only one and her hands weren't clean. I understand her situation, but I don't understand Marriott's staffing levels. At other Marriott properties, someone always asks what kind of tea or coffee you'd like as soon as you sit down and brings it to you. Overall, the service felt lacking. The breakfast variety was also significantly reduced. If you're looking for a typical Marriott service experience, you might want to reconsider this hotel. However, the room amenities were decent; the bedding was comfortable, and the toiletries were up to Marriott standards."

We arrived late at night and the two staff at the reception wanted so many trivial informations, not to mention the slow service. This was our 8th hotel for the Xinjiang Trip and the most irritating check in process. They could have the courtesy to let us go to the already paid rooms while checking thru the details or at least offer us a welcome drink The dining place is huge but so is the number of guests omg. There were not enough table, coffee machines were trickling slow We expected a nice stay at Marriot but we were disappointed."
