酒店基本都是半地下室和0層房間，海景露台都是半地下或者正對外面大街上，街對面是海，私人海灘要全包才給服務，可以拿毛巾自己去沙灘。沙灘西北朝向風大浪大，東北朝向就風平浪靜，酒店偏偏西北朝向。同樣價格在Kos北部沿海酒店可以找到更好的，所以性價比不高 泳池很好，拍照好看， 房間內部傢俱比較舊了 飯質量一般，吃飽可以

Fell in love with Pelagos! After reading amazing reviews before we arrived, it definitely met our expectations. The food, the service, the cleanliness, the beach, the hotel is just stunning. One of the best all inclusives I’ve stayed in. Couldn’t recommend it enough! Angelica at breakfast was amazing, she had our drinks order ready when we sat down! The all inclusive side was amazing, the entertainment we thoroughly enjoyed! Would go back tomorrow, also fell in love with Kos! Beautiful place!

The staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough for you. Food was superb and was varied every night. Entertainment-Dominique and her team were first class. We had a garden facing room with a terrace and table and chairs. The room had everything we wanted and the rooms were spotless, we couldn't fault it and we will be returning next year. It was approximately 5/ 10 minutes from Kos town.

We visited this hotel for 5 nights in May 2024, and WOW what a hotel. This hotel had everything you needed right within its grounds/community. The 5 nights we were at this hotel simply wasn’t enough, we could’ve stayed for 3 weeks! We are an adult couple and never bothered with any of the adult only areas despite them being available if preferred. The food within the main restaurant, with great atmosphere and service was amazing. The drinks we then stayed around the outdoor entertainment area, very close to the pool bar and pool area we sun bathed around all day. The drinks were branded and included in the all inclusive. From the start of the day to the animation team kicking off with aqua gym, introducing all of the activities that day, then getting to know the animation team coming around the sun beds was perfect, they weren’t pushy just very nice people. The animation team also provided us with some quality entertainment including the Disney show. This show was a masterclass of all the animation workers skills, pulled together brilliantly by their manager Dominika, fantastic singer Karoline, great dancers also Tom and Olivia. There was also a great dancer and a great singer from the kids club too but I can’t remember their names. The entertainment team made the holiday extra special, so a big thank you to them. The guest relations and reception staff were also exception at providing great service, along with the restaurant staff, the hotel manager should be proud of their great team. I will definitely be looking at revisiting the hotel, for longer next time.

My stay at the Hotel Pelagos in Kos was entirely positive and exceeded all my expectations. From arrival to departure everything was perfectly organized and all the staff were extremely professional and friendly. The rooms are modern, clean and very comfortable. They were thoroughly cleaned every day and the facilities left nothing to be desired. The view from the room balcony of the gardens, the pool and the pool bar were great. The culinary offerings at Hotel Pelagos are very good. The buffet offers a diverse selection of fresh and delicious food, including both international and local Greek specialties. The gardens are lovingly landscaped and very well maintained. The pool areas are spacious and invite you to relax. There are plenty of loungers and even “chilled” seating options where you can sit with your feet in the water in the bar area. To get to the beach you have to cross a street. However, it is hardly used. This side of Kos is a bit windy. You can see beautiful water waves and hear the wonderful sound of the sea. The hotel has its own beach area with free loungers, drinks and changing rooms. A special thank you goes to the guest relations manager Fatma. With her warm and courteous manner she really made my stay unforgettable. Especially on the day of check-in. Thank you!!! Her EMPATHY, kindness, professionalism and FLEXIBLE THINKING are exceptional. !!! 🙏🙏🙏 I can recommend the Hotel Pelagos without any reservations.

Wow !!! Everything at this hotel is fantastic!!! A big thanks to Fatma for the quick reservation and the whole team! To the chef and his team for the great food!! It was excellent !!! The bar tenders super friendly and a major thx to Dominika and the animation team for the good vibes!!! It was the best vacation in Kos we ever had !!! Top hotel !! We are coming back !!!!

The resort is amazing and the staff are fantastic. The facilities were great, always clean. The pools are well kept and despite not being heated they were very pleasant to be in and swim and stay in for long periods. Even with children the temperature was more than fine. For meals the restaurant staff cannot do enough for you. Always on hand to provide drinks, help with smaller children, clear away plates quickly. Amazing service and even during the busy times they do everything with a smile on their face. In particular Katarina and Elvis were always so helpful and friendly. Generally across the entire resort all the staff are so friendly and helpful. The bar staff are great. As for the entertainment, the team were incredible. The mini disco was a favourite for my 4 year old boy. The entertainment team were so helpful and happy to get the children involved and dancing. The 2 girls who ran the activity club were also super friendly and helpful. Overall, I can’t fault the resort or the staff. 100% recommend for anyone (couples and families).

The best hotel experience I have had so far! It felt like home away from home… In terms of layout, this hotel is well thought out. We stayed for 10 days and I never got bored. There are so many seating areas, I was really impressed. We had a sea view suite and the room was beautiful and the space is generous with two showers! I also loved going to the private beach everyday and what was great is that there are so many options of where to go and you’re not confined to one small area. What stood out to me the most and made my holiday so memorable was the staff members. Honestly, since the beginning I felt welcomed with smiles and kindness. They ALL truly put in so much effort and that was shown in their excellent service. Everyone was so friendly and lovely! Definitely will be coming back soon! Thank you so much for making our stay enjoyable!
