Hotel Ferreus Modern Art Deco

Absolutely a good hotel and good location. the only thing that bothered me was that the light from the TouchPad to control the room is always on.

Where to begin..... this hotel is amazing! The staff, the decor, the rooms, the spa, breakfast. It is perfectly situated to explore Krakow, which is beautiful. Everything in easy walking distance, except maybe the Oscar Schindler museum which was a bit of a trek but not an issue. The breakfast was plentiful and varied. The Spa was quiet, clean and a lovely way to unwind after a busy day. So glad we stayed here and would not hesitate to return.

Wow super great experience fantastic Cousy room super comfortable bed high tech toilet ur gonna love it super fiendish staff they upgraded the room for free breakfast is superb wide choice nice bar we asked for a breakfast package since we have to leave early for a tour and it was ready by 5:30 in the morning nice staff

This hotel was amazing, situated slightly outside the main square (5 mins walk) it was a really modern hotel that had an amazing spa. I stayed for 3 nights and it was super comfortable. I used the spa just about every day and it was never overcrowded. The prices were reasonable although the breakfast was a little expensive in comparison to the local cafes. I would definitely recommend

I'm a self confessed 'Karen' so could complain about the slightest thing. However, this place really did deliver on all fronts. The location is just on the edge of the Old Town so it's quiet at night. The rooms are very modern, clean and well equipped with toilets that automatically open up on approach! The staff were very friendly and attentive at all times. I enjoyed a lovely espresso martini at the bar that cost the equivalent of £5. If I could tweak anything it would be milk on the tea tray instead of powdered, and the bed not so firm. Personal preferences. I would definitely stay there again.

Probably one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at, for the price. Seamless experience from start to finish. Staff are friendly but not over-bearing. Rooms are very comfortable and modern (the toilet is an experience)! Breakfast had more choice than a 5* cruise ship. The spa was beautiful and well maintained. The bar staff always friendly and helpful (thanks Poitr). It was our first time to Poland (from UK) and the staff really helped us to make the most of our trip. The hotel is well situated for the Chris**as market and St Mary's Basilica too. Well worth paying the extra money to stay here because it is fantastic value. Huge thanks to you all and we will come back to Poland soon.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left this hotel was amazing. Takes less than 5 minutes to walk to the main square. We visited when the Xmas markets were on and it was the icing on the cake when it snowed. The entrance to the hotel is nice but the interior is just on another level. We was on the third floor in a room with 2 single beds. Aircon and heating provided free of charge Mini bar at a cost. Tea coffee making facilities. Walk in shower (no bath) Enough wardrobe space and draw for a few days trip. Hotel has a spa with multiple saunas, steam room, pool, relaxation area and gym. Breakfast wasn’t included but we did have it. Buffet style with lots of choice but I would say quite expensive. We asked for a late checkout due to our flight times and were allowed to stay at no extra charge, but the hotel was quite empty so I presume if busy that will be a problem. Took approx 30 mins in an Uber from airport cost about £14 I would definitely recommend this hotel

As a Travel Agent, I travel a lot and so far there were only a few hotel like this one that stand out so high to my standards. Hotel Ferreus Modern Art Deco is one of them. To be honest I tried very hard to find something that I didn't like about it without any success. The Hotel has Smart applications from automated curtains to automated bathroom lights and even remotes to control mostly everything without making a simple move. Reservation team was great and very prompt to reply to all my mails regarding check in time, check out etc. Upon arrival, earlier check in was possible and from the moment we stepped into the room till our check out, there were no incidents. Bathroom amenities were again perfect. They had dispensers for Shower, Shampoo & conditioners and also a professional hairdrier for anyone that may need one. Breakfast (buffet Style) is very good and have a lot of varieties for anyone to choose what he/she wants. They also take orders regarding eggs, pancakes, coffee etc. Cleaning service was one of the greatest I have seen. Meaning they take care of everything and leave the place spotless and they even change sheets daily. The hotel is located close to everything plus it has good sound insulation from the bustle. I would strongly recommend this to anyone looking to stay in Krakow.

We stayed on 4/12/23 until 11/12/23, we were received very nicely, the room was ready as soon as we arrived, the room is beautiful and clean, very modern, the breakfast was very good and the attitude was excellent, if we come to Krakow again we will stay at the hotel again, of course we will also recommend on him The hotel is close to the place, the location is really good.
