Amazing stay! Centrally located and a great base to explore Krakow and surrounds! Our apartment was a very good size and exactly as described. The included breakfast was good, although the options could have been a tad more varied.

We have stayed here for 4 nights bed & breakfast food was lovely at Scandale Royal staff were ready helpful. The studio was ideal close to everything. The only downside was 96 stairs to climb to our room. Definitely not suitable for anyone who’s mobility is not good. We would stay here again but request a low floor.

Visited for the first time and have to say highly impressed with the quality of the apartment which was fully finished and equipped with a large lounge/kitchen area. The apartments which as the name suggests have a period charge of its own are themselves ideally situated in the centre of this beautiful city. It was all we expected and more. Highly recommended!

Just the most wonderful, spacious accommodation, right in the centre of Krakow. The apartment was spotless on arrival and had everything we needed for our stay in the city. There were plenty of clean towels provided as well. I’d recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Krakow.

We stayed in this hotel for 5 nights in June. This hotel is about 25 mins drive from the airport and we booked a bolt which cost us about £10. The apartments are perfectly located, within 5 mins you are in the main square. We didn't get to the hotel until 1am & the hotel were very accommodating with this. They did ask for a deposit on arrival, assuming it's just a holding fee in case of damages etc. We were put on the 5th floor, with no lift. It was up at least 100 stairs. We asked to be to moved as we had someone in the party with mobility issues. They couldn't accommodate on 1st night as they were full but they could move us on the second night, which we didn't mind as it was 1am and we were just tired. On the morning of the move, they moved us into room before 11am. I would suggest if you have mobility issues, then possibly email before hand and ask for a lower ground apartment or to be in the block with a lift. The apartments we had was great. Quite small, but there was only 2 of us so it was fine. It had everything we needed ie wardrobe, kitchen area, kettle and a minibar. Be aware that you have to pay for the mini bar. The room was warm but they did provide a fan so that was fine. Rooms were clean. Very easy to get from there to the main square. Staff were very friendly. and we were able to leave luggage for a few hours on our last day before heading home. Overall a fantastic stay, I would 100% recommend these apartments and I will return in future.

I spent 4 days in krakow with my dad and sister. The hotel is roughly 30 mins from the airport, we got an Uber as they are super cheap. The hotel Is in the middle of the old town, 2mins walk to the main square. The apartment was ok, spacious, with a small kitchen and a fridge, the cleanliness of the room needs some attention. We found some hair in our beds and in the bathroom. We told reception straight away, they change the bed sheets but, I don’t know why, they said they couldn’t do the bathroom. Breakfast was included, not to my liking, you can only have 1 hot drink, there is a small menu with only 3/4 things on it, if you want a stronger coffee you have to pay the difference. The location is amazing, the room was ok , apart from the cleanliness, and maybe don’t go for the breakfast and there ware plenty of options in the main square.

Arrived at main hotel to be told we were a 5 min walk away. Went to the apartment no lifts, had to climb 4 flights of stairs with a suitcase. Also the bedroom was up a set of wooden ladders and you couldn’t stand up it was clean and hot shower but they took a 75 pound deposit and said we would get it back, we left the place spotless so not sure why they took that deposit and am quite upset by this. Otherwise it was very close to the square. I did email and ask to be in the hotel but they didn’t do this. I personally would not stay here again . No good if your elderly or have mobility issues I struggled climbing down to go the toilet in the middle of the night

Fantastic place. In the centre . Beautifully designed rooms . Very comfortable. Lovely restaurant next door . Lots of information available. Spotlessly clean . Great location . Well equipped apartment . Krakow is such a beautiful city . So much history and culture. I would highly recommend these apartments. Thank you for a lovely stay .
