We stayed here in April the apar**ents are basic but very clean and have a large bathroom kettle tea and coffee supplied there is also a safe we had a little balcony there is no lifts so it’s stairs all the way very close to as the restaurant and shop the square is a 2 minute walk the breakfast was at the sister hotel 2 minutes walk away the food was very good with big portions you pick your keys up from here all the staff we encountered were lovely and friendly

Stayed in the twin room with my daughter for a short city break. First off the location is superb, right in the centre a very short walk to all the key tourist locations, loads of restaurants and cafés. Room was not huge but equally not cramped with a little balcony - though nothing to see 🤨 - and a very decent bathroom. During our stay the room was quiet with no outside noises to disturb. Beds were singles but fine. Note the building is not manned, check in around the corner at Hotel Sainti for the key code entry number and room key. Booked through EasyJet Holidays and felt the room was excellent value for standard and location. Recommended.

Extremely noisy room on the street. I asked to be moved after one night with no success, and the person i spoke to asked me for 15 minutes to see if it was possible, then i had to call him back after 40 minutes to ask again. The room itself was very good, with no complaints at all, however after four nights of trams running loudly within 50 metres of the window finishing at 11pm and starting at 4am, as well as drunken people from the karaoke bar just across the street, i was shattered.

Absolutely fantastic location I doubt there’s many better places to be based in Krakow on the edge of the old town two minutes walk from the square 20 minutes walk into the Jewish Quarter. The rooms are sound, they are authentic so if you want a modern feel this isn’t for you but it really had a good Polish feel. Bed was very comfortable only 1 pillow each and my personal preference is two but not a big issue. Shower was good, fridge, tea and coffee facilities. Hairdryer in bathroom. Nice sofa as well as a table and chairs. Key collection is two minute walk around the corner to Hotel Santi. Check out is 10.30 but you can leave your cases at Hotel Santi so you can get those last minute visits(or vodkas) in!

We stayed here for a four night stay, the room was spacious, clean and warm The shower room was warm, with plenty of hot water .The bed was comfy The location was brilliant close to the main square, Jewish Quarter. There were plenty of places close by for breakfast As a note when booking in you need to go to the Santi Hotel, round the corner 👍

Great location for a trip to Krakow, central, only 5 mins to main square, clean and with good sized apar**ent. Currently building work in building opposite so if you’re at the front and a light sleeper you’ll be up early, also close to tram lines so some noise from them. Personally didn’t bother me, but wife was disturbed. Place was really clean and secure, but towels were a little worn out (but clean). Check in! There is no reception so you collect your keys from a hotel just around the corner, 2 mins walk away. Map on the door! All good, would recommend.

We stayed here for 4 nights in Feb 24 as a family of 4 we had 2 rooms. The location, layout and decor of the apar**ents are fantastic. We were in rooms at the rear of the property which were lovely and quiet. One thing we would highlight is the twin room needs a little TLC as the beds were hard. We would have also appreciated a few more coat hangers in the wardrobe. Check-in around the corner at Santi hotel was painless and the staff there are really helpful. If you are booking trips, shop around. We found prices varied significantly and although we paid a good price, we felt the quality of the trips couldn’t have been better by paying (a lot) more at other places.

This is an unattended apar**ent so you have to check in around the corner at Hotel Santi. Not a big problem, and I was aware of the stairs so although it was an effort getting my suitcase up 2 floors, I wasn't unduly worried. I was delighted when I arrived and saw the lovely big room and quickly unpacked. I noticed that the safe was locked and so unaccessible. The next morning I went round to the Hotel and reported this and was promised someone would come round and sort it out - they never did. This left me feeling a bit vulnerable and so I decided to take my cash and passport with me throughout my stay. I also didn't really want cleaners etc comin in so I didn't put the cleaning request on the door. During early December, Krakow had lots of snow and was several degrees below zero. After a short walk on my first morning I went back to the room for a warm up - only the radiators were not coming on, and they didn't come on at all that day. I emailed the reception at Santi. I got no reply and the next morning, getting up was really quite uncomfortable as the room was cold. I sent another email as I was rushing out on a day trip and again nothing happened. The next morning I trailed round to Santi again to speak to someone. Finally, later that day I found a convector heater had been left in my room, so clearly there was a significant problem. Whilst the heater took the chill off the bedroom, it couldn't do much for the bathroom. It's a shame as the apar**ents are so close to the main square, and easy walking distance down to the Jewish Quarter but I wont stay there again and would not recommend.

Great location and beautiful apar**ents. We were on the top floor, lots of stairs so not for the elderly. Bring an eye shade if sunlight bothers you in the morning as one window had no blinds so it was very light at 5am. But otherwise I can would recommend these apar**ents.
