Beautiful, characterful hotel with excellent service and facilities plus value for money. Hope to return.

Good hotel in many ways, parking is difficult to find. Left a blanket, wrote a email and called for it to be given back but no reply. Good breakfast and beds.

衞生、環境和服務都很好，設施有不足之處：我房間有浴缸，浴缸防水時第一時間有非常響亮的共振，必須把另一個手柄開關一下才消除，不是大毛病，算是瑕不掩瑜吧。

Quartos generosos e staff muito prestável. Localização central e bom pequeno almoço. Vista desafogada.

Nice hotel but we got a room with a street view which was not the nicest. We paid less for a suite with extra comfort AND free breakfast at Laguna Nivaria, so the price-quality ratio here is really bad..

The hotel is located in middle of Laguna attractions. With easy access to shopping , eating out etc. We drove from TFS and it was very convenient.

Very spacious room. Room was clean and comfortable. Food in hotel restaurant on full board basis was superb. Lunch and dinner every day was a joy. Reception/bar area was relaxing and comfortable. Hotel is perfectly situated for access to the beautiful old town of La Laguna. There is a nearby tram to Santa Cruz which is cheap and efficient. I think this hotel was a bargain for the all round excellence of my stay.

This is a nice town with a very good restaurants. The hotel was great and we are happy.

Perfect Hotel in the middle of the city center with great breakfast and dinner options, friendly staff and nice amenities.

The property is very clean and comfortable. I only spent one night, so I didn’t see a lot. The parking is before property on right driving through those streets is tight. The shampoo and body soap are great they’re all natural and great scent. I would recommend this to anyone staying in area. The cafe across the street is excellent as well

Not easy to find but once there, with paid parking underneath, you had access to all of old town

Great staff, excellent breakfast, great location, free parking behind the hotel (almost always full though?) and hotel's own parking in the same building (12 €/day?)
