"Heat in the room had been off for 24 or more hours. I arrived before 8pm and immediately turned the heat on. I laid on bed til 1am and that heated a lil of the sheets, I was still cold and was still cold in the room in the morning. I did ask the front desk if there was a warmer room shortly after arrival. I was told it was their slow season and all would have been cold. Poor lighting outside and hard to get in parking lot I won’t be back a 1/2 a star"
