Sea N Lake View Hotel Apartments

Family run by Micheal his lovely wife and mum this apar**ents block is more like a community with the same customers returning again and again. 10 minutes from the airport (20euros) and about a 20 minute walk to the main part of Larnaca. There are plenty of restaurants around closer and the beach is about 5 minutes walk away. The sunloungers on the beach cost 7.50 for 2 with an umbrella with more restaurants along the front. The apar**ents are exceptionally clean and have maid service everyday (even when it says there is no maid service on a Sunday) the food there is fresh, very tasty and very reasonably priced. You have to try a frappe- they are amazing!! It’s so relaxed no one is putting their towels out on the sun-loungers first thing. In fact there were several times we were the only ones in and around the pool. Everyone says hi it was just a lovely place to come to. We will definitely be returning!

I Chose this apar**ent/hotel complex because of its closeness to the airport and walking distance to the beach. The local bus goes from the airport and stops just outside the apar**ents and is just €2. The other thing I wanted was a pool. As a first time solo traveller to a country I’d not visited previously I chose this place as it was listed as a family run accommodation. I arrived an hour later than scheduled and as the taxi pulled up outside the hotel Michael welcomed me and took my case up to my room. The rooms are simply furnished and are so clean and bright and had everything I needed to cook some simple food if I didn’t want to venture out! Dora, Michael and Julia are the perfect hosts, the home cooked food is delicious, especially the real chips made from Cypriot potatoes, not really a fan of frozen chips! Pool area and apar**ents cleaned daily by a friendly cleaning team, nothing too much trouble for anyone at the Sea n Lake! I can’t wait to return asap with my family. Plus I will return on my own as it’s such a safe friendly place for me! Thank you all!🥰🥰

Found this excellent place by accident since unexpectedly staying in Larnaca for 3 days. Ask Dora about renting a bike ….very reasonable charges and there is the option of exploring solo or having a personal guided tour - also at very reasonable cost.Try the circular tour of Salt Lake Aliki then progress to the Three villages and the Kiti Lighthouse tour….about 35 km/ 4 hours. See the world from a different perspective and keep fit. Signed….a satisfied customer!

The room I stayed in was cute. Had a kitchen area (with a hob and microwave and fridge) and a balcony that looked over the pool. Was 5 minutes walk to Mackenzie beach. The price of the room was decent. My one gripe is that air conditioning was not included in the price but was an extra 7 euros a night. I did not turn on the air conditioning at all (apart from the first night which was free). I was still charged for air conditioning because I apparently should have said I wasn't going to use it (????). It was a shame about that because apart from that my holiday was lovely :)

It was a great place, people are very charming. Especially the hotel manager. Rooms are clean and spacious with balcony and terrace with views of the pool. Makenzy beach is about 5min by walk just like all the shops and restaurants. I wish i could spend here more days.. I’ll be back here for sure!

The apar**ents are basic but clean and spacious and amazing value for money. It is a short walk to the beach and about 30 min pleasant walk to town. Or take 425 bus which stops very nearby (also to airport). Home cooked food is available to buy all day and is delicious, especiallythe chips. Most importantly the family running the hotel are so friendly and helpful. Can't wait to return.
