We choose sandalwood hotel as near to the tangkuban perahu, and we were glad no group of employees staying overnight who always make noise. Everything was great and suit for a family like us.

We booked 3 rooms forv6 pax. I am very pleased with the rooms and service. Breakfast was good and varieties. Unfortunately, on the 6th day, I found a medium fly or bee in the vegetables. I showed to the staff serving foid but no response from them. I was quite pleased when I entered the hotel. Unfortunately, I had lots of trauma with 4 cats jumping and appearing suddenly running across everywhere. One cat even keeps meowing at the door at night until I have to call the reception to take it away. They should cage the cat or house them far fro. The front rather than let them run wild causing traumatic experience. I would not want to stay at Sandalwood in future.

If you’re staying in Lembang, you should stay here. Beautiful little hotel, great staff, comfortable clean rooms, and great location. 10/10

Saya menginap 2 malam di Family royal suite room. Lingkungan di dalam hotel sangat nyaman, banyak disediakan sofa/bangku/ kursi dimana kita bisa berkumpul atau sekedar menikmati suasana Breakfast cukup memadai, sayangnya selama 2 hari, menu tidak ada perubahan. Sayangnya kamar hotel kurang bersih, karpet masih terlihat ada kotoran, handuknya juga agak bau. Yang paling mengecewakan, untuk air panas kadang nyala kadang engga, padahal hotel terletak di dataran tinggi, yang mana hawanya cukup dingin.

Saat nginep disitu listrik nya sering turun, jadi mati mati terus

Sangat berkesan, interior cantik, bfast nya enak dan variatif, pasti akan kembali lagi disini

The hotel is located in Lembang, Bandung with a pleasant weather. The room is set up in a cozy manner which is so relaxing. The breakfast is good, with variety of local dishes and western. Suggest you start breakfast early so that you enjoy the food at your own sweet time. The staff are warm and welcoming. Plan to go there again in my next trip to Bandung.

This is our 2nd visit, previously we came as a couple, now we are back with our children and family. We are comfortable staying here, because it is close to the center of Lembang city, and there are many places to eat and entertainment. Close to Cikole Area, and the air is very cool to be able to walk in the morning around the hotel area. It turns out that behind the hotel there is also a golf course with a very nice view and cold air when it starts in the morning. The hotel is unique, has a different theme for each room, although there was a mistake in the room when checking in, but the staff were very helpful and fixed it well. Thank you! The breakfast is very plentiful, and I never get bored staying here.

This hotel is beyond my expectation. Its so unique, so homy and very comfortable place for staying with family. They have a larga garden with many pine trees as you feel like living inside the forest. Though the location is bit far from center of the city, but all services were so good. Food was nice and I really love the ambiance of this hotel. So beautiful. I hope I can stay here again someday

It is my second time to stay at Sandlewood. Compared with my last visit, the backyard becomes the building now. The thing not changed is I can still find the old fashioned cars parked there and the backyard gate is still there. The lobby is still maintained well with European decoration. "Feels like home" becomes the slogan in Sandlewood now. The designated mug in each room is available now and staffs are friendly and professionally to serve you all the time still. You can really relax yourself with friends or families here on weekends or holidays in Lembang. The only thing is since the rooms are not many, booking earlier is highly recommended.
