Beautiful and comfortable apar**ent just across the lake from the city center I had some trouble speaking to someone about an early check in until I found Miss Heidi and she assisted me immediately… I was able to retrieve the key easily . I wish that we could have stayed longer

Overall a nice experience but there were some pros and cons to our stay. To start with the cons: Alpin uses two reception locations for the Residence Bellevue, one in Kaprun and one in the building itself. In most cases this means driving out to Kaprun (10 minutes by car) for check-in/check-out. The process was generally fine but requires some effort from the guest to organize logistics which isn't really how things should be. Official checkout time is 10am which is a bit early by any standard. We paid Eur150 extra to move this to 2pm. The bedlinen and apar**ent at large were pretty clean but the place clearly needed some deep-cleaning. Finally, we were given a first floor apar**ent, despite requesting a higher floor. All good but this means the views include trees and parked cars. Not too bad in winter but in summer this probably means the view is obstructed. Think being on the third floor or up addresses this. Finally, if you plan to do a lot of skiing a car is a must. Pros: good location and indeed nice views across the lake to Zell and the mountains behind it. The apar**ent is well-equipped and has a great balcony. There is indoor parking in the basement with a lift straight up to the apar**ent. Beds are good. Overall a nice place to stay.

Bad experience, reception available for two hours a day from 8 am until 10am only , We arrived Saturday at approx 6 pm driving from Vienna so no one was there to check-in. We contact a number we found on a paper sticked on an open door who asked us to drive 10 minutes to Kaprun to check in. No one come to hand over the flat, they give us a flat on the second floor and the trees was blocking the view though our reservation was precisely for the view. The shed in the balcony was not working so we could not open it. Be careful of the spiders there were lots of them under the bed and under the cupboards. We contacted them again but we received rude reply not to contact unless emergency!!! They told us no body can do anything until Monday . We asked them to shift us to the upper level and falsely they said they are full . It was very clear no one in the building except us and another family . They asked us to pay more but we told them we already paid for the view in our reservation. On Monday , and after a strong talk they shifted us to the upper apar**ent finally . We have to clean the apar**ent by our self from spiders, their water kettle will close the electric if we start it and toaster was also not working but the communication with them is useless once they receive their money. I don’t recommend it at all
