Just the best little hotel ever. Lovely staff who are very helpful. Great place🙏😉❤️

Friendly staff and nice room!

擁有非常非常好的員工，房間的設施可能會有點老化，及時的反饋能夠得到迅速的服務，如是短時間內無法解決的情況會幫助更換房間。房間內的網絡信號會較弱（會有Wi-Fi/流量使用困難的情況，這是建築物本身的問題導致的，網絡在G層的信號很好） 出門右邊就是海灘。左邊的橫街有很多餐廳，當然酒店裡也可以就餐（酒店深受當地老人們的喜愛，晚上會有音樂活動（不知道是否固定）

酒店離海邊很近，離纜車，小火車山下的車站都不遠。酒店陳設略顯陳舊，房間不是很舒適，沒有大堂，房間內需要付費才能上網，信號幾乎沒有，提供英式早餐，定的雙床房，第二個入住需要再交65磅，服務人員態度友善，很負責，晚上包包落餐廳了，打電話歸還，很感謝。

It was very friendly, but the rooms where a little run down, excellent location And breakfast, but we only paid £72 with breakfast, so can't complain, staff our excellent and polite 🙂

My friend and I stayed in a twin room (208), which was very clean, warm and comfortable, with more than enough storage options. Our view was of the back of the hotel, which was exceptionally quiet. We only paid £33 each for bed and breakfast - super great value for money. We were allocated a free parking space at the back of the hotel (only 6 available), which we were able to use for over 24 hours, inc prior to and after check out. Spaces have to be booked in advance directly with the hotel. Bathroom had a bath and overhead electric shower, with good water pressure. All towels looked like new. Beds, bedding and pillows were very comfy, and we both experienced a great night's sleep. All staff were down-to-earth, friendly and professional. We caught the last hour of the evening entertainment, which was very enjoyable (a lovely, lady singer). The hotel even served a platter of chips and bread as supper - I've never experienced that before! There was also a coach party in from Stafford. Breakfast was allocated table service. There was a decent selection of breakfast options, ie starters and mains. I started with the fresh fruit salad, followed by the full English, which was delicious, and also included a pot of tea and wholemeal toast, with butter and jams. Admittedly, the hotel is a little tired around the edges, but we had a fabulous time regardless. I would happily return and recommend this hotel.

Lovely location, brilliant staff one and all breakfast lived up to its ace reviews and for once the single room looked out of the front not over the bins . Issue with the internet while i was there i had to manage on a phone and llandudnos not spectacular 4g ....but probably more significant to the owners trying to do their business and easily made up for it by all the other points . Yes the rooms are quieky but its how the place has evolved if you want guarantees n everything perfect dont go and then complain but if you like individuality and real interested preople looking after you go . I ll be back

Nice hotel in centre of Llandudno, close to main attractions, great service, delicious breakfast and quiet rooms.

Brilliantly located facing the Pier / also stones throw away from Mostyn Street as well, very good value for money.
