Это очень хорошо, и удобства в отеле хорошие, но карту всегда не удается провести. Я много раз бегал туда-сюда и перепрограммировал карту примерно три раза, прежде чем успешно взломал дверь.

The hotel is next to the railway. My first night stay was in a room with a railway view. I was woken up by the trains around 4 am. The staff was nice and moved me to a room on the other side. However, on the fifth (?) day of my stay, I noticed that the tap water was not clean. I showed the photos of the water (attached) and provided the glass of water (in the photo) to the staff in the morning. The same day evening, I asked about the problem and was told to wait for the manager in the morning. Amelia, the manager, was friendly. She said that the water was normal. She drank the water form the tap as a proof that the water was safe. And she provided me a new kettle.

Came for Mother’s Day weekend with my mum and stayed for 3 nights from Friday 28th. Enoch & Anirudh spent the entire Friday night serving us with nothing but smiles (and vodka :)) as well as Sunday and we had the best time. They are fantastic at what they do, they welcomed us and made us feel comfortable in our surroundings by being friendly and hospitable. They went above and beyond and we will be staying again - thank you guys :))))

Nice Little Bar, as the room was a bit hot it was nice to come down for a beer! thank you Karim you’re a great guy, thank you for your service I’ll be back as always.

The staff are lovely but this hotel backup needs a full refurb. Filthy carpet, broken wood, lift that is exceptionally noisy.

A great location and good value for money. On arrival Ash gave us all a warm welcome and info about our stay. Rooms clean, tidy and quiet. Good breakfast to start the day. Will stay again

The travel lodge is on a dodgy street we did not feel safe walking back at 10pm at night. There is a 24/7 car wash next door to the travel lodge and there is constant noise all night from that with motor bikes and taxis wizzing up and down the street. IT is a narrow street so the sound echos and is very loud. The employees of the car wash are shouting and singing in the middle of the night and disturb your sleep. I did complain to travel lodge and ask how it is allowed when business in St Katherine’s dock like the restaurants have to shut at 10:30pm or 11pm. The local council need to shut the car wash down at that time of night as well so residents and hotel visitors can get some sleep. There is no air conditioning and it was 34 degrees when we were there so it was sweltering in the room, they did give us a fan but it did not help to be fair. There are trains passing close by so you also get the noise from those from about 5:30am to midnight. The staff were lovely and did their best and were always smiling and helpful but not a lot they could do about the noise. The room is a standard travel lodge room.

The hotel is in a great location with friendly staff and clean rooms. I've stayed there twice - the first time I was in a room on the street-facing side of the building and had a nice stay. This time I was in a room on the train-facing side of the building. The trains go past, just meters from my window, every 10-15 mintues from 5am to midnight and were so loud you couldn't sleep or hear the telly. Earplugs resolved the issue but then I didn't hear my alarm clock!

Excellent customer service, helpful and professional staff, clean room and nice neighborhood! I liked this place very much and recommend it to everyone.

Staff were all very friendly from check in to bar staff to cleaners. Rooms were very hot and no air conditioning, windows opened a little and a desk fan provided. Although in a quiet room could still hear the trains. Nearer to Tower hill than aldgate east Station, easy walk to tower hill. Good bus links nearby

My room was extremely warm and right near the railroad tracks. I also found it difficult to maneuver my luggage in and out of the elevator. I thought I was booking in the Travel Lodge near Aldgate Station but had to visit 3 Travel Lodges before I was in the right one.

Dreadfull. Had to swap rooms as first one smelled of mold. Staff were ok and swapped us to another room on the 3rd floor ( the lift feels like its going to break everytime you use it) the 2nd room was hot even with a fan provided but so noisy dye to trains that start agsin at 5am. Decor is drab and outdated. The water pressure is useless the plug in the sink is useless too. The shower fluctuated from hot cold every few seconds. It's in desperate need of a refurbishment. I would definitely avoid !!!

Had a lovely stay at Travelodge Aldgate East. The service was excellent! At reception, Anirudh was very kind, welcoming, and helpful – he made check-in smooth and pleasant. In the bar, Laya was very nice and friendly, making our evening enjoyable. Both added a personal touch to our visit. Highly recommend this hotel for great service and a comfortable stay!
