But I don't really need room cleaning every day (if you need it, you may not like it). Because I stayed for 8 nights, I came to clean it once, otherwise it might not be cleaned. The location is very quiet, safe, and beautiful. There is a kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, and the toilet is also large! The lobby is also very beautiful. We have conducted a thorough investigation since your allegation, we did suggest you report this to the authorities as we take these matters seriously if received. Our team members are long standing with us, and have been with us for many years, and such incidents have not occurred with us. Though in any case we still conduct a serious investigation with the team members who entered your room for cleaning, and constant follow up with these members and their managers.
