We were repeated customers and it didn’t disappoint. Great location with everything you needed including self service laundry, which was a great bonus. Great value for money for a short stay in Central London.

Clean room is great location (very close to Euston station) - room was very small but expected considering location and price

I really like this property - good location, great price and the room was very clean and convenient for me.

The location is hard to beat. The kitchen was stocked well with what we needed for our stay and the laundry facility was an unexpected bonus. The persons on duty at the time of our stay were very helpful. Face basin in bathroom is too low and the overall property cpuld do with some upgrades. Overall we had a great stay.

The room was incredibly small. The shower was incredibly small. The mattress was in poor condition. The bedsheets were in poor condition. The shower door was in poor condition. There was a half roll of bathroom tissue.

Great location and overall a comfortable stay. I arrived at 10am and was able to check in which was much appreciated as it meant I didn't have to carry my bag to a meeting. Easy check in and very friendly. The room was clean, cooking facilities were fine, TV was ok, wifi was free and about 100mbps so great for Netflix on the laptop. The only issues were that the bathroom had a bad drains smell, hopefully something that can be easily resolved. Due to the closeness to Euston station you can hear the rumbling of the trains into the night and early in the morning, wasn't much of an issue but would've been nice to know beforehand.

A great stay for a quick weekend in london ! Everything you need to whip up a quick breakfast and great connections to the rest of london ! Super easy check in and check out and nice and quiet

Stayed here for one night before a business meeting the following day close by. Chose it for its proximity and cost but was pleasantly surprised. Lovely little studio with a fully equipped kitchen and ensuite. Great to be able to cook my own dinner in my room rather than dining alone at a nearby (expensive) restaurant. Fab shower, comfortable bed. I was on the main road with lots of activity all night. I didn't mind but some people might find it way too noisy.

Was very pleased with my stay at the studio, just as described and to my surprise they were able to check us in a little earlier than expected. Overall I would recommend to anyone wanting a stay in the middle of it all

Basic, but clean and a short stroll from Euston and the tube station. The Piccolo café round the corner has great coffee and does a splendid breakfast.

Third time I have stayed here. Smaller studio but fine for 1. Hope to be back next year.
