Nice service overall. Comfy bed and nice shower. Close to central london. Downside is no carpark.

Very central location within London yet, the hotel doesn’t have facilities like swimming pool and gym. The reception and security guys are very friendly and super nice.Overall, a very nice trip experience of you like shopping within London. PS: the food of the hotel is amazing, suggest seafood lovers to try the seafood risotto

Super old hotel, small but located right next to restaurants street

Located just behind Selfridges. Great access to most of the shopping places. Everything is perfect besides the room seems a bit ageing. Service is great that the stuff is very helpful.

I was staying at this hotel for the first time. I choose it because it was close to my Covid-19 testing centre. Arriving at the hotel on the day, I found that the location of the hotel was very convenient, only 2 minutes away from the testing centre and 3 minutes walk to Bond Street Station. And there is a big discovery is that there is a food street 2 minutes from the hotel and there are 30-40 restaurants in different categories for you to choose from. The service of the hotel is very good, you can check in in advance. The room is big and comfortable, there are also daily necessities. The staff is also very nice. I am very satisfied. I would choose it again.

Clean comfortable small rooms. Some noise from water pipes during the night. Location perfect very central. All the Staff very helpful and friendly. Would stay again.

Our visit was great. The hotel is so conveniently located and the room and bathroom were very clean. The toiletries were top notch. I would say it is a firmer mattress than I'm used to, but that is just personal preference, perfect otherwise. And everyone was really kind.

Great midrange hotel my wife and I usually pay top dollar for five star but this hotel was great and she got a nice Gucci bag with the money I saved

Hotel is cute, though about a twenty minute walk from most London attractions. The room is okay in size but the bathroom is very small. There is only a glass door that doesn’t offer much privacy. The doors are loud and you can hear a lot. It was fine.

Just a brief stay for business but again and again I’m reminded that it’s the staff who turn a good hotel into a great one. Making check-in easy, recognising that we had stayed before, upgrade to a gorgeous room (small but exquisite design) and the simplicity and ease of getting in there makes this a favourite hotel in london.

I didn't get a room update as a VIP. My room was very small, two people could barely pass next to each other. However, first; the concierge was so nice, and the reception was also nice. Most importantly the location of the hotel is fantastic.
