The hotel is clean and tidy. Staff are helpful 👍 although Balham not near to centre London but the hotel are next to underground station which only take 30mins can go to centre London. Also there have serval good restaurant next to the hotel👍

This was a nice stay which was close to local amenities. The staff were friendly and inviting. I was able to do street parking for free which I opted for over paying for the hotels parking.

The staff are very nice and my room was upgraded for free. Room was cleaned everyday. The bedsheets were not as clean as I imagined. Overall it is a very economic and good place to stay.

Delightful spot at the edge of Tooting Common green, and short walk to Balham proper, with the train and local pubs, restaurants and shopping. Rooms are charming and well kept, modest and attractive. The building is charming Victorian brickwork, and you have all the mod cons inside. Great to stay if you're going to be in Streatham, Wandsworth, Tooting, Balham, etc. Very walkable and pleasant.

Concierge were friendly and polite, useful local information. Not the cleanest yet the room was serviced every day. They were generous with the tea and coffee provision. Shower has gel dispenser and sink has soap dispenser.

Great location for staying in South London - great value for what you get. One suggestion for people request the room before you check in. It was sold out and we did not request and we had top floor (no elevator) and street facing. Rooms 7/8 might have been better if we had asked in advance

Everything we needed for a simple overnight stay. Quick walk to the underground, supermarket, and plenty of food options. Very friendly and helpful staff. Would stay again.

Very spacious family room. The building and deco was old but very well managed . It was clean and the staff very pleasant and warm. I would definately be coming back

Very comfortable with extremely helpful and courteous staff. Only minor downside was a very small shower. I would use again and recommend to others.
