I can't believe that this is a 5 star hotel, the state of the room was terrible, tatty and dated. We had asked for a twin room and ended up with a double and camp bed, not ideal for a 21 year old to sleep on. We spoke to reception and they just shrugged. I looked up more reviews and see that there are a lot of complaints about the tired rooms so I assume they are use to it. I saved up to get a nice room, it is a lot of money to me, maybe they only care about their rich regular guests or do you get a bad room if you book with a discount. I was so disappointed as it was a birthday treat or my son. The only positive was breakfast which was great and friendly staff. I will attach photos to show the state of the room.

Close to Leicester Sq. and Piccadilly Circus, with Lego / M&M, and China town next door. Super convenient. Got upgraded to suit and my room is huge. Hotel is not newly decorated but still good.

Excellent Location …but cleanliness can be improved.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service provided by your hotel during my recent stay. As you are aware, I had booked a twin bed room at your esteemed five-star hotel in central location. However, upon arriving at the reception, I was informed that the room was not available. Instead, I was given a room with one double bed for two adult males. This was unacceptable and completely contrary to my booking request. As a guest, I expect the hotel to honor my booking and provide the room that I had reserved. Moreover, I trusted your hotel to provide top-notch service given the reputation and standard of a five-star hotel. This level of incompetency and disregard for the customer's booking request is not what I expected and is unacceptable. Therefore, I am requesting a refund for the room that I stayed in as it did not meet my expectations or fulfill my booking requirements. I would appreciate it if you could process the refund as soon as possible. I hope that in the future, your hotel will ensure that such incidents do not occur and that all guests receive the room that they have reserved. Thank you for your attention to this matter. 設施：由於是老牌酒店，設施難免有一點老舊了，但並不影響使用。床榻非常舒服，跟棉花糖一樣，可能這一點會有國人睡不慣，我很喜歡。 衞生：衞生工作做得不錯，美中不足的是沒有手持花灑。 環境：簡潔幹練的風格，中國城就在附近，走幾步路就到了，安全有保障，聖誕節入住的話旁邊就是聖誕集市，特別方便。

在唐人街邊上，步行5分鐘路程，房間不大，設施較為齊全，早餐比較豐富。

房間比想象中小，但除此之外一百分，硬件和軟件都很舒服，自助早餐豐富。

漂亮的建築，衞生間稍微小一點，其他都很好。 早餐一般，但是幾個餐館可以嘗試一下，花園裡的咖啡店非常受歡迎。
