We found the bed to be large clean and very comfortable.  Breakfast was good and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Located near Grotto Our Lady of Lourdes, walkable to various restaurants and souvenirs shops.

The hotel is well-located, just a 7-minute walk from the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Lourdes, offering stunning views if you choose a room with a river view. The breakfast is delicious and really nice. However, it's important to note that the hotel has an old decoration, reminiscent of 40 years ago, and is not well-maintained; it lacks soundproofing. If we didn't get a room with a view to the river, my experience could be worse. Considering these factors, I'm not planning to stay in this hotel again.

This hotel provide Nuxe for their amenities. Smell is really nice and the view is perfect.

El desayuno normalito faltaba una tostadora, que se tendrian que dar cuenta que el huevo para el beicon no se hace así, nadie lo comia, sera por algo!!! por lo demás muy bien todo. Un vestíbulo impresionante, con su escalera a lo grande. Las habitaciones muy limpias y la atención en el vestíbulo genial.

This was my second time staying here, and overall, it met expectations. My room was smaller than I remembered, and instead of a river view like last time, I had a roof view—but that didn’t really matter. The room was clean and the air conditioning worked well, which was a big plus. The door didn’t always close properly—you have to make sure it’s fully shut. The breakfast was okay, though nothing memorable, and they often ran out of croissants. One downside this time was the staff. They didn’t seem very friendly—almost like they couldn’t be bothered—which was a bit disappointing. What I do love about this hotel is the location. It’s just a short 5-minute walk to the grotto, which makes it incredibly convenient, especially if you’re visiting for pilgrimage. Despite a few drawbacks, I would still recommend this hotel for its comfort, cleanliness, and unbeatable proximity to the sanctuary.

This hotel was booked for a one night stay for us during a Costsaver group Tour. The hotel is in an excellent location, very near the restaurants and a short walk to the Lourdes Sanctuary area and Notre Dame of Rosarie. We were on the fifth floor which gave us great views of the surrounding hills, over the river and the nearby restaurants and shops. The room and bathroom was a good size, plenty of electrical points in the room, tea/coffee making facilities and a good breakfast.

The hotel situated just 5 mts from the Grotto, Clean and very friendly staff, Value for money. Did not try any food but overall good. We asked for some glasses, plates and cutlery to the room and the staff was very politely provided the stuff. We will go back if we decide to visit Lourdes again

Hotel Location was good - just five minutes walk to the Grotto and the Basilica. Conversely, uphill there are good eating places - notably the pizza place and Da Marco. Hotel Room - very basic. Toilet and Shower are separate. I guess you don't expect luxury in Lourdes, even if it's a Mercure brand.

Very pleasant stay. Our family have been staying here for over twenty years. Always a good choice, for location, good service and delicious meals (half board). Overall, good value for a comfortable pilgrimage to Lourdes. Staff are well trained, very kind and efficient, from reception, to restaurant service and including housekeeping. Location is pretty good. Only 10 minutes easy walk (mostly flat) to the Basilica and nearby restaurants. Overlooking the river and peacefully away from the hustle and bustle of the crowds. Although, it is older than some of the other hotels and certainly requires modernization in the communal lobby and first floor, the rooms themselves are clean and renovated.

Hotel has very good location. Walking distance to Lourdes sanctuary. Friendly and helpful staff. Consistent in its services similar to my preivous stays. Room is okay. Hallways though going to the room is quite dark and feels somewhat old.

Beautiful hotel with a short walking distance to the Lourdes Sanctuary. Rooms are comfortably appointed under the Accor hotel group. A delicious breakfast was made available each morning. Our group of 51 also had dinner in the hotel restaurant, also very good. I was very pleased with this hotel.
