Days Inn by Wyndham Lubbock South

Arrived a hour after check in .... got to our room and no Towels No soap or shampoo... Pool was closed and dirty... along with stairways and lobby area. Oh and did I mention they had to change the top sheet because it had a red stain. I will never stay there again... Worse hotel I have ever stayed at.

Reserved 2 rooms but when we checked in front desk didn’t initially give us both rooms, I had to remind them we reserved 2 rooms and then the second room was on the other end of the property. The indoor pool was closed. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. The TV only had 3 channels to watch.

Cable tv in my room did not work. I was moved to a second and a third and finally a fourth room before I got a room with working cable tv. Later that night the toilet clogged up and I had to ask for a plugger and unclogged the toilet myself. I will never stay there again. In a few months I will be booking at a different hotel. There was a big gap under the front door letting the very cold outside air in.

There was no heat in the room, the carpets were dirty, no extra toilet paper in bathroom. Shower curtains had holes in them so couldn't take a shower. The Shampoo and body wash was so little wasn't able to use them. Pool was closed and the area the pool was in was super cold anyway. No coffee in the rooms.

Worst motel experience of my LIFE!!! ROOMS AND PROPERTY WERE FILTHY, KEY DID NOT WORK AND WOULD NOT CHANGE ROOMS , STAFF WERE INCREDIBLY RUDE AND NOT HELPFUL AT ALL!!! WOULD NEVER STAY THERE OR RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!

This place is not in a great neighborhood for starters! The pictures online look way better than what the place actually does. They also did not have the king suite we had booked so they placed us in a queen size room and the toilet seat was broken looked like they just placed clear tape on it to hold it together. We requested to be moved to another room and then the next room they placed us in the toilet did not flush! We requested a refund and said they couldn't refund us but would move us into another room. We changed rooms 3 times in this place! We also weren't the only people who had complaints about their rooms. I definitely do not recommend this place and will NEVER book with them again!!

The pool was closed (indoor pool) Hot tub not available. No clear parking spaces automatic entry doors nt working. The room was nice, comfortable and spacious. Wi Fi worked good.

Was in room restroom out of order and water in half of room was not going to be moved was told room be fixed hours later nothing Got moved to other room vrry dirty i have pictures and microwave literaly broken i had my own blanket n pillow slept on chair was tired from trip left tired bad smell in room . Will not dtay or recomend this place

Outside and exits dirty. toilet didn’t work the first night. Had to ask for toilet paper as none was provided.
