Needs serious improvement on service training! Stayed for over 3weeks... not impressed 😕

Breakfast was cold and Omlet can after 15min and by then I had left table. Was only told by my colleagues

Khách sạn sạch sẽ, an toàn, nằm trong TOP khách sạn an toàn tại Conggo, tuy nhiên phòng tắm không có vận dụng cá nhân như bàn chải đánh răng, kem đánh răng, lược chải đầu. Khách sạn hay bị cắt điện đột ngột do mạng lưới điện tại Conggo, thời giam cắt điện chỉ một vài phút, nên không quá bất tiện. Bữa ăn sáng chủ yếu cho khẩu vị người châu Âu và Châu Phi.

Great! We fully enjoyed our 10 days stay. We were fascinated by everything from the location to the room, the restaurant, the staff... All was beyond our expectations.

Everything went well. All the staff were very kind, especially the security team and bellboys across all shifts. Housekeeping was also extremely helpful and friendly. However, we had several unpleasant encounters with a lady named Maya, the sales supervisor. Unfortunately, she was consistently rude, which affected our experience.

The building is well located, but some staff are rude & show no signs of friendliness, even when responding to guests. It gives the impression that they are either poorly trained or not suited for the hospitality industry. Management should seriously look into this issue to keep the standard and client experience.

Had a brilliant stay thanks to the reception team ( David, Anifa, and Cornel) There are very useful .A big thank you to Mr Willy the GM and Thierry the restaurant manager for looking after me very well . Massive thank you to Andy the chef is the best chef ever and Esther in the housekeeping. I will definitely stay at the Novotel again however the room service they need to improve their services.

Recently i was in lubumbashi and I chose to go and eat at Novotel lubumbashi, I was welcome by smiling faces at the reustarant that made me feel at home the waiter that saved us was so friendly and tookbour oders quickly and started saving us drinks we asked for cocktails with alcohol that was not on the menu but the waiter made à plan to get them the rooftop it was a great pleasure for us to be served items that were on the menu the food came very quickly than expected the baby chicken was so delicious it's been a long time I ate something so sweet I also enjoyed the sweet potato mash I had to ask for another portion my other 2 collègues also liked the TBone and fish fillet captain it reminded me of the boats 😅 i would really recomend people next time you are in lubumbashi to try out their new menu the food présentation and taste is very great with a casual environment bravo Novotel lubumbashi

We stayed at Novotel Lubumbashi for a friends’ trip, and it exceeded our expectations in many ways. The hotel has a very modern and clean design, and the atmosphere is both stylish and relaxed—perfect for a group looking to unwind and have fun. The rooms were comfortable, quiet, and well-maintained. While the amenities in the rooms were on the basic side (we would’ve appreciated things like lotion or more toiletries), everything we needed for a short stay was provided. Housekeeping kept things spotless throughout. What really stood out were the dining and social spaces. The rooftop terrace gave us some incredible views of the city and Lake Kipopo—ideal for evening drinks and photos. Brasserie Kipopo had tasty local and international options, and the breakfast spread was generous. In the evening, the lounge bar came alive with great music (especially Amapiano) and cocktails. It made for a fun and vibrant hangout spot.
