В целом вполне удовлетворительно. Удобства средние, не очень хорошие. Обслуживание было нормальным. Завтрак был средним, ничего хорошего. Имеется бесплатная подземная парковка.

Не удобно добираться до центра города, но близко к аэропорту и торговым центрам (арена и проспект). В целом, хороший и чистый отель с дружелюбным администратором.

Nice clean modern hotel. The room was nice, the hidden TV was cool. I was very disappointed the daily chocolate hour wasn’t available. And the room had a concrete ceiling which was odd

The room is tidy n clear, and its close to the airport. Sadly we checked in late and could not enjoy the facilities

First things I like to express my appreciation to Toni at front desk who's very friendly welcoming my first day check in and helping me when I have problem with rental car. He really put his effort making so many calls when the rental car didn't response well, but finally all problem solved. And he sent his regard throe his friend at front desk on my second check in after 7 days traveling to Split and Dubrovnik, his name also Tony and he also very friendly. Thanks to both of you Toni & Tony ( I hope I didn't wrong spelling your name ) It's highly recommend for all type of traveler, the room is very quite, I can't hear anything from next room or outside, sleep like a baby. I love the spacious shower room and all luxury amenities. If not mistaken I think this is a brand new hotel. Since i drive a car, for me location is not important, 8 minutes drive to the old town, not too far. I like the neighborhood is so quite. Breakfast has many menus and tasty too. Overall is perfect , one thing I don't like is the dimming lights. If they have a brighter light, I will be so happy. The W By LJ is my youtube channel if you like to see my review video

Room was great but only 1 power outlet in the room as far as I could find. Everything else is good

The room was very small but comfortable and clean. The bathroom is beautiful.

The young lady receptionist was quite rude in a way she was trying to say that the luggage room has limited space. She kept saying that repeatedly with hard tonal voice. I think she should be trained how to give a sincere service to all guests, without race discrimination. Otherwise, the rest of staff team are nice and helpful. Room is nice, clean, and modern. There’s a supermarket (Lidle) nearby.

I enjoyed my stay and want to comeback there.

Location served our purpose for a night stay. Approximately 20-30 mins drive from the city centre. Bfast spread is good. All the hotel staffs were friendly and ever ready with information.
