Room was clean and updated. Pool and hot tub were very nice. Thr free breakfast was outstanding! So much to offer- a full hot buffet. Managers reception was only an hour and in a hotel room with limited types of wine or beer which was not as advertised. Overall great stay for the price!

Just right for my stay during the state hockey tournament. Close to shopping and dining between games, and only minutes to the arena.

I was in town for the state high school hockey tournament, and location was great. My room is clean, comfortable and quiet, and check in was easy. I wanted to use the hot tub, but I'm actually too tired tonight, so can't rate that. Everything else is fine.

Good quality of furnitures and bath stuff. Pet friendly that doesn't have any small space animals could go in to prevent hiding.

There was dust all on the ceilings hanging the battery for the smoke alarm I had to go buy a new one cus it was dead and chirping and was told that I had to wait for maintenance the next day. Their was mold on the blanket the box spring sheet was all torn up the desk worker on the date of Feb 12th in the afternoon she WAS A HORRIBLE EMPLOYEE THEUR WAS A LADY IN FRONT OF ME RE BUYING THEIR ROOM A LITTLE LATE AFTER CHECK OUT AS I ACCIDENTALLY SLEPT IN ON MY 4TH DAY THEIR WAS ALL NICE TO HER BUT WHEN IT CAME TO ME SHE WAS THE RUFEST AMD DIDNT EVEN GIVE ME MY NEW KEY CARD FOR MY ROOM AND I WASNT DEALING WITH HER ATTITUDE SO I DIDNT GO BACK DOWN FOR A NEW ONE. AND SHE TOLD ME NOT THE LADY AGEAD OF ME THAT SHE WAS PUTTING IN A NOTE STATING "if I pulled what I pulled what I did " today" that they will make me fully check out and recheck in at 3 pm" when I said I've been coming down before noon everyday and she said no u haven't its 120 n on the phone she said she would give me until 1 to reserve my room again or had to stand in the lobby till I can reserve it again I was down in the lobby waiting to be taken care of for over 30 min Then she tells me that I can't use my husband's credit card cus it has his name on it with the same last name of mine when the 3 days before that noone has had any issues with it. I was so quiet I didn't use the pool wasn't loud got bkfdt for only 2 of the days I was up there for training for my 6 mo son so he can come home finally from the hospital .

The ceiling has a ton of dust hanging from it giving me allergies. Housekeeping staff don't know how to speak English when I said no room service they still continuously tried to open my door

Building is a bit old so the doors provide NO soundproofing (walls seem to be fine) but staff and amenities are excellent. Location is easy to get to and the restaurant nearby is fantastic!

Decent value for the money. Not as nice as the rating was indicated. Room was crowded with oversized furniture, made it difficult get get between bed and office chair. Walking space was narrow. Shower had a bit of mold on the ceiling. The grounds were parking lot, businesses. No green areas. Good things.... breakfast was hot and tasty, bed comfortable, price was good. Easy access for my wife who has trouble getting around. Close to restuarants.

Good restaurants within walking distance. Good breakfast. Nice to have a happy hour between 5 and 6. Great hosts.

We had an expected last-minute overnight in Madison. The price was reasonable and we got a decent night stay. We appreciated the breakfast.

It shows early check in online & I called and asked about it for the lady to be very rude and say they don't do that.. She then charged our card $40 at check in and never explained why. It wasn't even a pending charge it was actually charged. She was very rude and not friendly at all. The breakfast was the only nice thing and out the stay.

Room was excellent. Check in was awful. Had to wait for the check in clerk to come to the reception desk though she saw me standing there for at least 5 minutes. Not a biggy but at least acknowledge and indicate that you will be there in two minutes
