Great place to stay, comfy and very clean room. Less than 10 minutes taxi drive away from the airport. The staff were all just so lovely and so helpful. They booked me a taxi for the next day for my flight and everything was just perfect and on time. Even for visiting into the center of Madrid, was about 25 subway away and very easy to find. Definitely recommend when visiting or getting a flight from Madrid

房間比較舊，而且很小，但還算乾淨。就是前台那黑頭髮的女服務員態度特別不專業，動不動就説：不喜歡就不要住啊！

Convenient for the airport, friendly staff and clean, all the things you want in an airport hotel. Sadly the 'restaurant' rather let it down, it was not busy but they had run out of salad ingredients and the portions were not large enough to be filling.

Nice hotel close to the airport. Free shuttle (starts at 5 in the morning). We ordered dinner and it was good.

Ordinary but clean hotel near the airport. The main feature is the free airport shuttle which runs every 45 minutes and collects from all terminals.

The hotel and staff were great we only stayed one night. It is far from everything. We had to walk 15 mins to the metro and it was about a 35 train ride to the city center. the only convenience was the proximity to the airport and they did offer free shuttle service. The one downside was the bathroom it needed some recaulking around the shower area because it was black, Again only stayed for one night so not bad for the price and proximity to the airport
