Ramsukh Resorts and Spa

Stay was good. It was like good relaxation therapy in the nature. We could see the elephant head point from our garden facing room, the hotel has also organised fun activities in which we participated and had a good time. Overall, stay was very good

Concerns 1) there is no lift in the entire premise, even to the residential rooms! 2) food is over priced and the taste is average. 3) in dinner and breakfast buffet, timings are not followed. All items were not ready even after 30 mins of start time. 4) the buffet menu which was shown was incorrect. No coordination among-st the restaurant staff members, no one told us that starter and chat counter was out side, hence we missed it. 5) hot water started coming in bathroom after 15 mins of opening the tap, leading to massive wastage of water. Good points 1) staff and room service was polite and good. The rooms were clean.

Not value for money. Owner of the property is clear he doesn’t want repeat visits by the customers

Property is good but food was very very costly. And city center is almost 25 min away from here

Beds are not for a 6 ft old person. Bedding is shorter than beds and quality is very poor. Furniture is very old and in shabby condition. No light at the bathroom mirror; the one above it cast shadow on your face and you cannot see anything properly. Water bottles provided are small. Breakfast items taste good but only because of too much oil in them; thus not healthy. Choice of food is less as no high fiber cereal available

Swimming pool timing is so odd, if you are staying for a day then you will hardly get to use swimming pool. Check-in time is 12. 30 and pool opens at 3 to 6, so if you resting or having spa then no swimming, again check-out is 10 am and swimming pool open at 9 so no use

Beautiful lush green property, amazing views and landscapes, neatly maintained rooms, quality food, very courteous staff.

Rooms need maintenance. Also need to have a little more variety in their food options. Service is excellent.

The property is at an excellent location with greenery all around. It is very clean and well maintained. Sunrise is visible very nicely from the hotel. A couple of days stay is a minimum to explore the property and move around mahabaleshwar. The hotel staff are very kind, helpful and curteous. The quality of food is also very nice and hygienically prepared. I would definitely recommend it for anybody who wishes to to stay at this resort
