Hello, I made the hotel reservation by phone. Even though I called the hotel the next day, offered to send a deposit, and confirmed the price and number of rooms, they wanted to change the price of the reservation one day before our departure. The person who took the reservation defended themselves by saying something like, "Your reservation was entered this way." They also offered, "What can we do? Let's help you with today's price." I never imagined I would experience something like this, thinking they were a corporate company. My advice to you is to always request/inquire about written communication if you make a reservation by phone. I didn't request this, so I couldn't prove my point. I wrote without comment; the judgment/comment is up to you. During my travels to the east or southeast, I was generally pleased that hotel reservations were handled verbally, which showed the sincerity of the people there. I've never experienced anything like that before. I paid the price for not being principled. But worse, it destroyed that mutual trust that had made me happy. Note: When I tried to explain my point of view to the reservation manager at this hotel, they offered to help me with the reservation in the old way, perhaps because they thought I was telling the truth. However, being asked to comply in this way when I was right didn't feel right to me, and instead of going to that hotel, I stayed at another hotel that I found available at the last minute."

Номера и удобства были скромными, сравнимыми с удобствами горной хижины. Ужин, приготовленный тихим шеф-поваром, был восхитительным. Это лучший отель для наблюдения за закатом и рассветом на Немрутдаге. Подъём на гору занимает час, а дорога до вершины и обратно — 30 минут."
